Has anyone used prbuzz.com for pr distribution?

Has anyone used prbuzz.com for pr distribution in an effort to boost SEO? I am attracted to their unlimited distribution for 1 price for the year. Does anyone have an opinion and or suggestion of another company. Thanks!
-
I am comparing PRbuzz and PR web as I write this and will be making my decision within the next few days. PRBuzz has the annual unlimited distributions for $299 and PRweb is 4 or 5 monthly releases for about $1,500+. A little high for my budget, so probably going with PRbuzz will decide within the next day or so. They have good distribution, but not a recognized as the PRweb.

Hi Sanket - Do you mind sharing what the pricing was for the annual pricing?

On an average I got 200 visitors from my targeted country whenever I submit prweb press release as per Google Analytics. About SERP ranking, its totally depends which keyword you are targeting in the press release. I prefer to use Prweb in reputation management project because it has got 96 domain authority and that press release content just need few quality backlinks and social share to rank in top ten.

Hi Sanket,
I worked with PR web for a few weeks trying to work out a deal. Did you see better SERP ranking from using them? The claim you do but when i looked at the PR and SERP rankings for some of their clients who send out releases often i did not see much of a nice. What has your experience been?

Hi Adam, Currently I am using annual package of prweb.com for my different clients, I am quite satisfied with result because every time my press release get listed in yahoo news. I get good amount traffic from that also because they distribute press release in targeted category, industry and your selected zone. I prefer them, I don't have any idea about prbuzz.com, but I have one doubt about them "unlimited distribution" for one year. Can you purchase one press release from them first then go for yearly subscription.

Should I use the Google disavow tool?
Hi I'm a bit new to SEO and am looking for some guidance. Although there is no indication in Webmaster tools that my site is being penalised for bad links, I have noticed that I have over 200 spam links for "Pay Day Loans" pointing to my site. (This was due to a hack on my site several years ago). So my question is two fold. Firstly, is it normal to have spammy links pointing to your site and secondly, should I bother to do anything about it? I did some research into the Disavow tool in Webmaster tools wonder I should use it to block all these links. Thanks

Should I use a canonical tag or 301 with Wordpress posts?
Hi all, I'm trying to determine if canonical or 301 is a better way of handling an issue on my site. The Background I've got a Wordpress website where pages are in-depth reference articles and the posts are for short news blurbs. When I produce a new resource page, I also make a short post telling readers about the new resource. I use Yoast's Wordpress SEO plug in. Sometimes, Google will rank the 200 word post higher than the 2000 word resource page. I suspect that is because of the order in which they were crawled by Google, but I do not know for sure. The Question To make sure that the resource page is seen as the most important location on the site for the topic, should I use the canonical section in the Yoast plugin on the post to point to the page? Or should I wait, and after a few days (when the news blurb is off of the first page) just 301 the post to the page? Are there any link juice considerations when using the canonical option? Thanks for the help! Richard

Cross-Domain Canonical - Should I use it under the following circumstances?
I have a number of hyper local directories, where businesses get a page dedicated to them. They can add images and text, plus contact info, etc. Some businesses list on more than one of these directory sites, but use exactly the same description. I've tried asking businesses to use unique text when listing on more than one site to avoid duplication issues, but this is proving to be too much work for the business owner! Can I use a cross-domain canonical and point Google towards the strongest domain from the group of directories? What effects will this have? And is there an alternative way to deal with the duplicate content? Thanks - I look forward to hearing your ideas!

High pr doc files
I saw that the website www.comunicatedepresa.net outranks www.comunicatedepresa.ro for the therm "comunicate de presa" in google.ro SERP even though .ro beats .net in every seo indicator (links, domains linking, fb likes, g+, onpage etc) I saw that site:www.comunicatedepresa.net returns a lot of *.doc files with a title that contains the kw ("comunicate de presa"). Ex: www.comunicatedepresa.net/worddoc/1485/ It seems a little suspicios to me.Did anyone see this before (google giving higher importance to doc files)? Does anyone know why .net site is ranking better?

I have a site that has both http:// and https:// versions indexed, e.g. https://www.homepage.com/ and http://www.homepage.com/. How do I de-index the https// versions without losing the link juice that is going to the https://homepage.com/ pages?
I can't 301 https// to http:// since there are some form pages that need to be https:// The site has 20,000 + pages so individually 301ing each page would be a nightmare. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Using the Canonical Tag
Hi, I have an issue that can be solve with a canonical tag, but I am not sure yet, we are developing a page full of statistics, like this: www.url.com/stats/ But filled with hundreds of stats, so users can come and select only the stats they want to see and share with their friends, so it becomes like a new page with their slected stats: www.url.com/stats/?id=mystats The problems I see on this is: All pages will be have a part of the content from the main page 1) and many of them will be exactly the same, so: duplicate content. My idea was to add the canonical tag of "www.url.com/stats/" to all pages, similar as how Rand does it here: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/canonical-url-tag-the-most-important-advancement-in-seo-practices-since-sitemaps But I am not sure of this solution because the content is not exactly the same, page 2) will only have a part of the content that page 1) has, and in some cases just a very small part. Is the canonical tag useful in this case? Thank you!
