Is there any proof that google can crawl PWA's correctly, yet
-
At the end of 2018 we rolled out our agency website as a PWA. At the time, Google used Chrome (41) headless to render our website. Although all sources announced at the time that it 'should work', we experienced the opposite. As a solution we implement the option for server side rendering, so that we did not experience any negative effects.
We are over a year later. Does anyone have 'evidence' that Google can actually render and correctly interpret client side PWA's?

Ok, so I found some new information. In the article mentioned in this Reddit thread, there is a suggestion that Google is now indexing based on the latest version of Googlebot.
"With Googlebot running on the most recent version of Chrome and JavaScript content being indexed faster than ever, it’s apparent that Google is getting better at indexing JavaScript." Thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/javascript/comments/e4uku1/javascript_indexing_delays_are_still_an_issue_for/

Making html table as 'seofriendly' as possible
Hi, On my website I have a table with a list of products, on every row I have a different product and a different property on each column. The table is made with css so the html code is clean. The problem is (I guess) that google doesn't 'understand' what its inside on the table. So if I do a google search that page appears on the page 87, there is any way to improve my SEO without changing the table? Or to improve my SEO I must change the format of my content? In resume, I want to improve the SEO page of a page that contains information organized inside a table. I don't know if there is a specific answer to this question. Any help is welcome. Regards

With Google's new Speed Update, what does that mean for AMP pages?
Hey everyone! I wanted to get the other Mozzers opinions on this. With Google announcing a new Speed Update that will affect mobile rankings, I wanted to ask: How will AMP pages play into this? Let me know what you think!

Can a cloud based firewall affect my search ranking?
Hi, I recently implemented a firewall on my website to prevent hacking attacks. We were getting a crazy amount of people per day trying to brute force our website. I used the sucuri cloud proxy firewall service which they claim because of the super fast caching actually helps SEO. I was just wondering is this true? Because we're slowly falling further and further down the SERPS and i really don't know why. If not, is there any major google update recently I don't know about? Thanks, Robert

A campaign ghost keeps returning to my Google Analytics - Help!
A couple of campaign tracking links were created on my homepage (leading to internal pages), these were removed a few weeks ago (100% removed from the site). I understand there is a 6 month window and as long as a user returns (no matter from which source) they will be counted as a session against that campaign. Since these campaign links were set-up in error, I hoped creating a fresh new view within Google Analytics would stop them appearing. However they are still showing as sessions even in the new view (created after removing the campaign links in question). Is there anyway to stop this happening!? I want to be able to report on sessions correctly. Thanks, Sam

Who's best but affordable custom shopping cart provider (e.g. 3dcart, big commerce, shoppingcart)?
I'm planning to put up a buy and sell site for shoes where people can upload shoe listings on their own something like ebay.com though we're not the ones who will process the payment. The site we're planning doesn't have a buy/checkout button and paypal integration so it will look like a catalog. We will just add a contact number/email in the product listing so a buyer can contact and personally meet the seller. Let me know if this can be done in Wordpress + e-commerce plugins. I would also like to know if there are custom shopping cart providers that allow Facebook or Twitter login/sign up integrated in the platform. Let me know if this is also possible in Wordpress by adding a plugin. Thanks in advance!

Robots.txt - Allow and Disallow. Can they be the same?
Hi All, I need some help on the following: Are the following commands the same? User-agent: * Disallow: or User-agent: * Allow: / I'm a bit confused. I take it that the first one allows all the bots but the second one blocks all the bots. Is that correct? Many thanks, Aidan
