What do the Moz user levels mean?
-
I see that there are 3 other levels to a Moz Community Profile that users can have outside of the traditional 5 levels earned through points (Contributor-Oracle) and they are Pro, Associate and Staff. Obviously, Staff is someone who works at Moz but what do Pro and Associate mean and how do you get them?
-
Any luck?

Thank you for this information. I'm looking into this and will get back to you. Thanks for your patience!

Thanks, Christy. Here's a couple examples of Pro users:

Hi Authority Networks,
Thanks for your question! You are correct that when you see a "Staff" badge on a Community profile, that means the person is on staff at Moz. You can learn more about "Mozzers" here and view our job openings here.
When you see an "Associate" badge on a Community profile, that means that the person is a member of our Associates Team — an amazing group of experts from across the search marketing industry. Moz Associates contribute to the Moz Blog, answer your questions here in our Q&A forum, and work with us to redefine the future of search! You can view bios for all members of our Associates Team here by selecting "Associates" from the drop-down menu. To learn more about the Moz Associates program, please email us at community@moz.com.
As for the "Pro" badge, can you share an example or two of Community profiles you're seeing that have that designation?

Hi there,
I believe that Associate is someone that works at MOZ and Pro is someone that has MOZ Pro Account.

My clients all after their New Year monthly & quarterly reports hence this info is needed urgently, pls advise ? Also when will reports start showing social data in the reports and also when will the data that currently shows on the dash start to be accurate ? (or are you leaving this 'as is' on pro since your migrating to Moz analytics ?) Many Thanks Dan

I'm tired of logging in to MOZ
I like this site, I really do, which is why I visit multiple times a day. But I grow weary of these premium sites that require me to log in multiple times a day. This morning I was simultaneously working at ordercup.com, strengthcoach.com, and moz.com, and all three log me out at every turn. Argh!!! What's worse is that some MOZ pages think I'm logged in and others don't. I don't fully understand the logic behind the curtain, so I wander from page to page trying to get the login in sync. Why can't these sites work like lynda.com where I can stay logged in for days and weeks? To top it off, LastPass rolled out a new release that broke auto-login. All this logging in is getting in the way of me getting anything done.

Archived campaigns not in Moz Analytics
Hi team! Working in the awesome new Moz Analytics, I happened to notice that all (but one) of our archived campaigns seem to be missing from Moz Analytics (in the "Manage Your Campaigns" area). Have we jumped the gun and perhaps they're still working their way over in the migration? If so, do they have an estimated arrival date? Any light which can be shed on this is much appreciated. Thanks team!

MOZ Crawl help
Our MOZ report says it crawled 1800 pages so it reports a lot of errors based on those pages. We don't have that many pages on our site. What is MOZ crawling? I updated the profile to make sure it crawls the filtered page section of Google Analytics.
