Unsolved Is there anyway to cancel moz local?

Is there anyway to cancel moz local? I can not figure it out. I've tried for hours now.

@meghanpahinui For many users MOZ local would be much more interesting if Europe could be included / selectable. Are there any plans for this?

@SouthBayWebs Hi there! Thanks so much for the question and sorry for any trouble here. You can cancel your Moz Local subscription from within the Profile tab of your Moz Local account.
- Log into your Moz account and access your Moz Local Dashboard via the drop-down on the top right
- Head to the Profile tab of the location you want to cancel
- Select the Deactivate Location drop-down on the right-hand side
- Click on the blue Deactivate Location button
- If you are cancelling your only Moz Local location, fill in the survey when prompted and click on the blue Cancel My Subscription button
- From the next page, click on the red Cancel on renewal button
We have instructions, including screenshots, outlined here in our Help Hub as well.
If you're still having trouble with cancelling, please feel free to send an email to help@moz.com and our Help Team will be able to assist.
Thank you!

Unsolved Request Refund
Re: Request for refund. Hi, I forgot to cancel my subscription before it expired. Currently I don't need this product, it's a lot of money for me and I can't afford it. I would be very grateful if you return the money and help in this difficult situation. Please think about this. I missed the date by one day. I will be very grateful.

Unsolved How do i CANCEL
I use A LOT of SEO platforms and yours is by far the hardest to use. The dashboard is a mess, and I can never find anything. And I use some complicated shit... and yours, which shouldn't be so complicated, is impossible to navigate. So, HOW DO I CANCEL a local listing. You seem to have "conveniently" hidden this option.

Moz not able to crawl our site - any advice?
When I try and crawl our site through Moz it gives this message: Moz was unable to crawl your site on Aug 7, 2019. Our crawler was banned by a page on your site, either through your robots.txt, the X-Robots-Tag HTTP header, or the meta robots tag. Update these tags to allow your page and the rest of your site to be crawled. If this error is found on any page on your site, it prevents our crawler (and some search engines) from crawling the rest of your site. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have been through all the help and doesn't seem to be any issues. You can check the site and robots.txt here: https://myfamilyclub.co.uk/robots.txt. Anyone got any advice on where I could go to get this sorted?

Why is analytics.moz.com showing up a traffic source in Google Analytics?
Under Traffic Sources, analytics.moz.com is listed as a source for 37 sessions this past month. What might this be? Is it legitimate traffic or should I be filtering this?
