RE: Is there anyway to cancel moz local?
@SouthBayWebs Hi there! Thanks so much for the question and sorry for any trouble here. You can cancel your Moz Local subscription from within the Profile tab of your Moz Local account.
- Log into your Moz account and access your Moz Local Dashboard via the drop-down on the top right
- Head to the Profile tab of the location you want to cancel
- Select the Deactivate Location drop-down on the right-hand side
- Click on the blue Deactivate Location button
- If you are cancelling your only Moz Local location, fill in the survey when prompted and click on the blue Cancel My Subscription button
- From the next page, click on the red Cancel on renewal button
We have instructions, including screenshots, outlined here in our Help Hub as well.
If you're still having trouble with cancelling, please feel free to send an email to help@moz.com and our Help Team will be able to assist.
Thank you!

RE: Why my site's DA and Pa Not Show Accurate By MOZ Extension.
Hi there!
Thanks so much for the great question! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with MozBar! I took a look and I see that MozBar is pulling in the DA and PA for the site referenced in your message that matches what is seen in Link Explorer. Can you please send an email in to help@moz.com with a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end so we're able to further investigate?
Thanks so much and looking forward to hearing from you!

RE: Looking for a Tool to Find Referring Pages of Specific URLs
Hi Robert!
Thanks so much for the great question! Unfortunately we do not currently have a tool that will search your site for the instance of a specific URL. I'm so sorry about that! I will be sure to pass this on to our team, though, as a feature request.
Within Moz you can use the Site Crawl tool within Campaigns to see the referring URL for a specific internal page (but it will not show you all the instances of that URL on the site) or Link Explorer to see external links pointing to a specific page on your site.
If you have any other questions about this or need anything else, please feel free to reach out to help@moz.com!

RE: How to reduce the spam score for my domain?
Hi there!
Thank you so much for the great question and sorry for the confusion here! Moz's Spam Score is not calculated based on the Spam Scores of your inbound links but rather, it is the percentage of sites we have found to have been penalized or banned by Google which have similar on-site features.
If you're looking to improve your Spam Score on Moz, I would recommend checking out the 27 common features we identified through our machine learning model which make up this score. Working to improve those features on your site will help to improve your Spam Score. I also have a guide here from our Help Hub which talks more about Spam Score, the common features, and how to use this metric. https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/spam-score
I hope this helps! If you have follow up questions, you can always email us at help@moz.com.

RE: WP Events Calendar Creates URLs Too Long in Site Crawler
Hi there!
Thanks so much for the great question! Sorry for the trouble here. If you're looking to keep rogerbot from crawling and reporting issues on those calendar pages all together, you could block us from those pages using a disallow directive in your robots.txt file. It may look something like this:
User-agent: Rogerbot
Disallow: /?full
or whatever tag you're wanting to block us from crawling. I have a guide here that talks more about rogerbot and this technique that may be helpful, as well. I would recommend also checking your robots file in a robots.txt checker after making changes just so that no surprises come up!
If you'd like us to look into where we're finding these links or if you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at help@moz.com with the Campaign you're working.

RE: How do I see amount of traffic to a particular page on a website?
Hi there!
Thanks so much for the great question! Are you looking to see traffic data for your site or for a different site? If you're looking to see the traffic for your site and you have Google Analytics you can sync your GA to your Campaign to see traffic data for your landing pages. I have a great guide in our Help Hub which talks more about this, as well: https://moz.com/help/moz-pro/traffic-from-search/overview
If you're looking to see traffic data for another site for which you don't have GA data, I'm so sorry but we don't have a tool that will show that type of data. I'm sorry about that!
I hope this information helps! If you have any follow up questions or if you need anything else, please feel free to email us at help@moz.com.

RE: The Globe - The world's most visited web pages
Hi there!
Thanks so much for the great question! When it comes to digging into your Spam Score, we have a great resource in our Help Hub which breaks down all the factors which go into determining that score. I would definitely recommend checking it out as this may help offer some extra guidance on why your spam score is what it is. You can find that resource here: https://moz.com/help/guides/link-explorer/spam-score
The percentage you’re seeing is indicative of the percentage of sites with similar features to the site you’re researching in Link Explorer which have been penalized by Google. Since the Spam Score metric is based on correlation instead of causation, the solution may not necessarily be to to change factors on your site. There are many different factors which come into play when calculating and assessing Spam Score so this tool is really meant to be used as a way to identify what links you may want to investigate and factors on your site you may want to consider looking into.
As far as next steps to take after having reached out to the site you’re concerned about, I may not be the best person to answer. I’m so sorry about that! I do hope that the info above helps to answer your other questions, though! If you have additional questions about our tools, please feel free to send an email on over to help@moz.com!

RE: Spam score of 28 %
Hi there!
Thanks so much for the great question!
So your Spam Score in Link Explorer is representative of the percentage of sites we've found with features similar to those found on your site that are being penalized or banned by Google. It is not necessarily due to the types of links pointing to your site. If you're looking to improve your Spam Score, I would recommend looking into the 27 common features we've found contribute to these penalizations and see if you're able to work on them on your site. I have a great guide which talks more about Spam Score, how it's calculated, and what it means. It also includes a list of those 27 features. https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/spam-score
I hope this helps! If you have more questions or if you need anything else, feel free to email us at help@moz.com!

RE: 80% Spam Score!! Can Any One Help?
Hi Poppy!
Thanks so much for the great question and I'm so sorry for all the confusion here. When looking at your Spam Score it can help to understand how we calculate it- our machine learning model identified 27 common features among different sites which have been penalized and/or banned by Google. (I have more info about these features outlined in our Help Hub here: https://moz.com/help/link-explorer/link-building/spam-score) So when it comes to the Spam Score for your site, it doesn't necessarily indicate that your site is spammy. We suggest using Spam Score as a place to start investigating your inbound links and your site itself. If you're wanting to improve your Spam Score, I would recommend looking into those 27 features and see how they may be impacting your site and its overall score.
I hope this helps to clarify more! If you have further questions or if you need anything else, feel free to email us at help@moz.com
