@AYasir have you been trying to get backlinks for you? if yes , make sure those are do follow. or at least the ratio to do follow and no follow is proportional. apart from this , the spamming of backlinks for your website shouldn't really be an issue for you

        @AYasir Greetings

I have checked the link profile of your domain. It seems like someone is intentionally making spammy backlinks for your site.

Solution is to you the disavow tool, & sumbit it to google.

I hope this will solve your problem.

Another tip for you is Adjust the header alignment in your website, it will looker better.

@alesda I have some information regarding this issue after researching on the internet, you need to block spammy backlinks by Disallow form robots.txt file in WordPress.

How to do it search on YouTube or ask from ChatGPT but do it yourself, after doing this check Google Search Console Link menu for Baclinks status.

As other members suggested some tools to check the outbound links of your competitor, the Moz tool is better for that research and you can check on Uber suggest as well.

I would suggest using ahrefs more than any other tool. been using it for my own insights. ahrefs is like a one for a tool , to be precise way better and user friendly than any other tool in my opinion.
Plus multiple times , i've seen my content ranking / backlink far more quicker than it shows on even the search console itself

There are many tools to do this, for outbound links we use Screaming Frog at our SEO agency. For inbound links we use Moz.

Open Site Explorer (OSE) from Moz: Although it doesn't directly show outbound links, you can enter your competitor's domain to see which domains link to it (inbound links). This can indirectly reveal some of their backlinks, which might also link to them in return.

Hello, There are many tools like Screaming Frog, Backlinkerr & Ahrefs. However, you will have to buy a subscription. Screaming Frog can crawl your complete website. Backlinkerr has a Backlink Checker Tool and Ahref has a long list of options you can use.
You can try whatever you want.

To check the outbound links of a website, you can use various online tools and methods. Here are some approaches you can take:

Manually Check: One way to identify outbound links is to manually go through each page of the website and inspect the anchor tags (<a>) in the HTML code. Outbound links usually have an href attribute pointing to an external website.

Web Browser Inspection: Most modern web browsers offer developer tools that allow you to inspect the elements of a webpage. Right-click on the page and select "Inspect" or press F12 (or Cmd+Option+I on Mac) to open the developer tools. Look for the "Elements" or "Inspector" tab to view the HTML source code. You can then search for <a> tags to identify outbound links.

Online Link Checking Tools: There are several online tools specifically designed to analyze and check a website's outbound links. These tools crawl through the website and provide a report of all the external links present. Some popular link checking tools include Screaming Frog, Xenu Link Sleuth, and Ahrefs Site Explorer.

SEO Analysis Tools: SEO analysis tools like SEMrush, Moz, and Majestic also provide insights into a website's outbound links, along with other SEO-related information.

Google Search Console: If you own the website or have access to its Google Search Console (previously known as Google Webmaster Tools), you can find valuable data about outbound links from within the platform. Navigate to "Links" and then "External Links" to view a list of websites that link to your site.

Backlink Checker Tools: Backlink checker tools like OpenLinkProfiler or Monitor Backlinks can help you find the external links pointing to a specific website.

@Anjana9638 A tool like Xenu, Site Sucker or Screaming Frog to name a few and then have the tool only focus on reporting external links to minimize crawl overhead.

                              link explorer backling issue

When looking at the backlinks for a client's competitor I found that they had a backlink on search.yahoo.com/reviews and our domain (harmonyhit.com) did not. I was using the Link Explorer tool. However, when I go to yahoo Search I see that the website of harmonyhit.com is indexed in Yahoo search and has links to the site. Also, it's sitemap has been recently crawled in Bing webmaster tools which Yahoo uses. Why does our client have the backlink accounted for and we do not?

Unsolved Moz doesn't find backlinks for months / link tracking list offline

link tracking list link explorer backlinks domain authority

                              Hi there
I want to share a big problem with you. Moz tracking list seems to be offline or having trouble finding links. I have an example:
The page where the backlink has been placed was created months ago. As you can see on the picture:
Link to the page is http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/profile/tableauxdumonde
Backlink on that page is https://ggongtime.com/ Picture shows clearly that the page of backlink (Microsoft) has been indexed and already has got it's own backlinks in Moz (8) but it is still not linking to the backlink website (ggongtime.com).
I've also attached a picture of page source where you can clearly see that it is a html link and is dofollow.
The problem remains since 3 months and I want to find out what is going on. This Microsoft page is one of example. There are hundreds of other pages being found, or not, and are still not showing up in Link Explorer on website's portfolio.
I want to know if there is a technical problem with link explorer, or anything else, because this is a serious problem for me. moz problem.png

Internal Links is reporting "0" value

Open Site Explorer is reporting "0" value under "Total Internal Links" as well as "Internal Links" metrics for my website. I have a good interlinking of pages throughout the site.
Is there an issue with OSE (Open Site Explorer) crawler ? OR There are some crawling problems with our Website's structure ?
Can anybody please give an idea or recommendations on this ?

As you may know by now, the brand-new Link Explorer tool is primed to replace Open Site Explorer as Moz’s link building and analysis tool. The Link Explorer project is the result of an incredible amount of perseverance and hard work by the team, and we’re proud to be able to finally share it with you — we know it’s going to revolutionize how you approach link building and make your job easier. You can read more about the tool here in Sarah Bird’s announcement post. Because Link Explorer improves on almost every aspect of Open Site Explorer, the metrics have improved, too. That means you’re likely going to see some Domain Authority and Page Authority discrepancies between OSE’s index and Link Explorer’s index. We definitely suggest you use the new DA/PA from Link Explorer, as they’re more accurate and refresh daily rather than monthly, as was the case with OSE’s index. However, we also realize that many of you use these metrics to report to your clients and colleagues, and a sudden change or fluctuation could potentially make your job harder. Which DA is the real DA? The new DA is based on a much larger index that has many improvements, several of which are designed to make the index more like Google’s than ever before. You should consider moving towards the new DA (and the old DA won’t be updated after April 26th 2018, so the sooner the better). While there will be fluctuations as we improve the model and add features to the index, we expect it to remain largely stable and to be a far more accurate picture of a site’s authority according to how it’s seen by Google. Why is Link Explorer’s DA/PA considered better than OSE’s, and which should I trust? The larger link index with improved crawl selection allows us to produce a stronger model that includes a much larger proportion of the web. That being said, DA and PA should always be considered in the context of your competitors. A drop in PA or DA relative to the old OSE is of little concern if your competitors saw similar movement. Is Domain Authority/Page Authority an absolute score or a relative one? Both DA and PA are relative to the Internet as a whole. If Facebook acquired a billion new links, everyone’s PA and DA would drop relative to Facebook. Because of this, it’s always best to look at PA and DA in comparison to your competitors. What does a drop/raise in DA mean in Link Explorer vs OSE? How can I explain this to my clients when I’m reporting it? DA and PA should always be considered in the context of your competitors. A drop or raise in PA or DA relative to the old OSE is of little concern if your competitors saw similar movement. Reporting that your site has moved from a DA of 45 to a DA of 42 doesn’t tell the whole story, but reporting that your site has a DA of 42 while your main competitor moved from a 43 to a 37 shows that, relative to the sites you’re competing against in the SERPs, your site has significantly more authority and ranking power. What’s happening to MozTrust and MozRank and why, and what should I replace those with? The improvements to our DA/PA and Spam Score metrics now now account for more important nuances in helping you determine one site’s ability to rank higher than another. Because they no longer correlate with Google’s ranking model as well as they used to, MozRank and MozTrust are being deprecated for better metrics. Users should rely on Page Authority, Domain Authority, and Spam Score to determine the importance and quality of pages, domains, and links. I have historical data I use to help my clients benchmark their progress. What do I do now that DA is calculated differently? You should annotate any KPI changes referencing the change in DA and PA. However, most importantly, you should compare those changes to your competitors, as this will best show how strong your site’s authority is relative to the sites you’re competing against in the SERPs. We take updating our metrics very seriously, and our last major update to the model was 7 years ago. Users of Domain Authority and Page Authority can expect us to continue to produce steady, reliable metrics for the long haul, and only make changes to these metrics when we believe the benefits dramatically outweigh the stability of the metric. Do you have any questions about the new metrics? Anticipating a tough time reporting changes to clients or bosses? Metrics, features or functionality missing that you would want to see? Let us know in the thread, and we’ll work to find a good answer for you. Hope you enjoy the new Link Explorer product and the amazing new link index powering it. We are very excited to provide this valuable data to our community and customers.
