Hi!

I'm wondering when monthly keyword ranking data for February will be available. Is there a set day for monthly data each month or does it change?

They're generally updated on Thursday's so you should see it available on the 5th. What you can do in your Analytics though is click on the link "About Your Data" in the top right corner and get the dates and information for your account. Cheers!

Campaign Keyword Movement Over a Month

Hi there, This is specifically for the Moz support team, on one of my SEO campaigns the Ranking dashboard shows that there 19 keywords moved up - but - the PDF shos that 32 keywords have moved up. Why the discrepancy, please?

Site Crawl report defaults to the last crawl. Is there a way to get data from a previous crawl for comparison?

New dashboard in reports

Hi Im trying to set up reporting for a new client and forcing the new dashboard on me rather than the preferred old one, how do i configure reports so has the older MA dashboard rather than the new MA dash ? Also i have only just got my clients used to the new reporting format and dashboard and now it looks like you are changing it again, pls confirm if this newish MA dash is going to be phased out for the brand new MA dash ? Also im trying to set up quarterly reports and no option given beyond monthly in the drop down ? Many Thanks

MA monthly reports

Hi I need to submit my monthly reports to my clients this week but they have all come through devoid of most data ! I did submit a support request ticket to help@ yesterday but no reply yet, i appreciate you may well be very busy if this has happened for everyone Pls advise update asap so i know what to tell my clients ? How to forward a report, email

Is it possible to clone a custom report layout/template from another campaign

Rather than creating the same report layout for each of your campaigns in Moz Analytics? Anyone know?

Why Isn't My Analytics Report Downloading?

In the "Preview & Download" section of reporting, I clicked the "Generate PDF Report Preview" and it initiates loading but it has been approximately 30 minutes and the report PDF still hasn't generated. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks!
