My rankings have not updated from last week - latest date is still showing as 1st April.
Has anyone elses not updated?

All other aspects of the software seem to be up to date for me (links etc.) just now keyword rankings!

The manage user's section shows them as having a seat license? It's been issued and accepted by them? Any ideas here? Thanks

Keyword ranking is different from rankings report
I just recently posted a blog with the hopes on winning the search "what is sharepoint" I am tracking that query in Moz. I checked this weekend and it looks like I did land in the SERP's postion 23- 26. My colleague a couple hours away from me can see it too in a similar position, and in the rankings I can see it in position 24 when I click on the SERP's spot in moz, but it does not show my position as a rank # Any idea why? Why is not update any information of my campaign on the dashboard?
We have taken free standard plan by this but after one week is competed till now but data is not update of my campaign on dashboard and also not showing any type of analysis of my campaign .What's going wrong? Tell me as soon as possible.

My campaign settings are for 500 pages to be crawled which I understand means it will be done once per week. However my data is stuck from a few weeks back and still hasn't been updated. Can you help?

Account Update
Hello, I appreciate moz and all of its tools and would not consider going elsewhere but I must say I am a bit disappointed in the extreme inconsistency in the updates to my campaigns and keyword rankings. It's supposed to be weekly and used to occur on a specific day however I have no idea when it will happen now. Updates have occurred on average every 8-10 days with no consistency as to when they will actually happen. Once again I have no intentions of leaving moz but would like to know why this has happened for the past few months and if/when it will consistently be updated weekly. Thank you, Mike
