I'm getting "Issue: Title Element Too Long" when the title of the overall website + page title are being combined, shouldn't this solely depend on the page title itself?

Issue: Title Element Too Long
-
The Title Element Too Long is just a warning that your title is likely to be cut-off when displayed in the SERPS.
If you've got your website (or company name) at the front of the title then you're going to be pushing your more valuable unique page keywords further to the right. If your title is cut off then you could lose some important words from your title when it is displayed. There's a view that keywords nearer the start of your title are likely to carry more SEO value.
Do you need to have your website name in the title? Are people searching for your website + your keywords? Why is it there? What are you selling? Are you selling your website or is the website selling your goods/services? What's more important - promoting the website name or getting visitors to the site?
Remember that your page title and meta-description is likely to be the first part of your website that someone is going to see. As well as trying to get your pages to rank as highly as you can in the search results you also need to think about click through. There's no point being #1 if nobody clicks on your SERPS.
You need to think about making your Title and Description as relevant, appealing and compelling as possible to the searcher. Think about the search terms and try to match the searchers intent. You want them to feel that they're going to find what they are looking for in you click on your SERP entry.
There's some studies that suggest a shorter title tends to be more appealing.
Google will highlight the searchers keywords in bold - this helps people gauge how relevant your page is likely to be to their search query. If your valuable keywords are being cut-off they won't get these signals.
IF you have a big, reputable brand, then adding this name to your titles is probably a good idea as you'll benefit from the trust in the brand. If you're not a well known brand then I'd put the brand name at the end of the title if anywhere.
Hope this helps.

What is the best free 'contact finder' tool? By contact finder I mean a tool that can search multiple websites and display the contact details of each site. Why do Moz not provide such a tool? Thanks

I'm shocked! KEYWORD SERPs: GA avg. position vs. SEOmoz
SEOmoz has us our position for a particular keyword as "Not in Top 50". The same keyword is listed in GA with an average position of. 3.0. What am I missing here? When I do a search, I most definitely am not seeing us listed as #3 for this keyword, and tend to believe the SEOmoz number, but why is it so wildly different in GA? Should I have hope? There is another keyword that SEOmoz has us at #4 and it isn't even on the GA list. Can anyone explain this to me? Many thanks.

Is there anything SEMRush Guru or Enterprise level has that I can't do with SEOMoz Pro?
Okay fellow in-house SEOs, I need some advice please. We are considering an upgrade from SEOMoz Pro to Pro Elite. For a business our size, this is a major investment. I need some compelling reasons why we should go with this upgrade in lieu of simply adding an upgraded membership at SEMRush. Aside from more keywords tracked and more pages crawled (We only have about 5,000 pages, so I'm not sure more pages crawled is even something we need). Right now, it seems the only benefit to us would be the ability to track 2500 more keywords. We don't need more campaigns and we don't need more pages crawled. An extra $300/month is a lot to pay just for the sole benefit of adding more keywords. The reason we are considering this is because we have 6-7 product lines that are all quite different from each other, different keywords, different competitors. All of these products lines are enormously competitive, so of course we want to track each (with competitors) separately so that when I build a Ranking Index (which I learned how to do beautifull thanks to this post by AJ Kohn a few days ago), that my Ranking Index is a truer picture of how we are doing for keywords related to specific product lines, against the right specific competitors. Because of the keyword limitations in SEOMoz Pro (1,000 max), we can't come close to covering everything. Is increasing our level at SEOMoz really the best, most affordable option to do what we want to do? I realize I might get some bias here, but we are really trying to research cost-effective options, as $4,790 is a huge investment for us. Thoughts?

Duplicate page reported in Wordpress site, but I can't find it in All Pages list
In a crawl report a duplicate page content warning has been displayed. The two urls are 1. http://www.superheroes.com.au/shop
Moz Pro | | Andyfools
and
2. http://www.superheroes.com.au/shop/category/catalog/ It's a WordPress site and I cannot find the second page anywhere in the list of All Pages in the Admin (I want to add canonicalisation code) When I view the 2nd page and click Edit Page, it redirects to the 1st page. Any ideas where SEOMoz would be finding this 2nd page or how it might be being generated? (btw I didn't build this site) Thanks Simon0 -

Can't find email address or contact form on website I want link from
Hi, How do you use whois or other resources to find an email address for a site that doesn't list their email address or have a contact form? Our competitors look like they have contacted the site but I don't know how to contact the site myself. They have a facebook fan page and a twitter account. Thanks.

Confounding "Accessible to Engines" error?
Most of the pages on our site "Accessible to Engines" test in the SEOmoz reports. We cannot find any problem with the code and it's largely identical to the few pages that come up with an "A" score. One item that may be a reason is that we use meta http-equiv="refresh" content="600; For example in www.weatherzone.com.au/nsw/sydney/sydney We use this to fresh dynamic content on our site. Do search engines penalise pages that use this form of page refresh? Alternatively, is there a known bug in the SEOmoz "Accessible to Engines" report? Many thanks
