Redirection of domain maybe affected by google
-
I have the domain clinicadentalbarcelona.net that in the past suffered a big traffic drop due to algorithm actualizations, but did not recieved any google letter.
Althought the domain still is getting good rakings but has some toxic links
I want to change the content to new domain clinicadentalbarcelona.es that as no historic or any linkbuilding
my cuestion is if i can redireccion 301 of clinicadentalbarcelona.net (that has some page rank and links) to clinicadentalbarcelona.es/blog to prevent it from afecting the main root domain and to bring the page ranking and some links to a a web that as none.
thank you
what would you do in my case

Hi,
Instead of redirecting your traffic and bots to the new site, why don't you use Google's Disavow tool to remove all the bad links that you have on your clinicadentalbarcelona.net website.
Although 301 redirects do transfer SEO ranking and link juices; however, it doesn't transfer ALL. Furthermore, in my opinion, I like to make things simple for bots and visitors so I don't really like redirecting.
Furthermore, even if you redirect everything (including the bad links) to clinicadentalbarcelona.es/blog, it will still affect the whole website since the blog is part of the website.

Getting indexed in Google Scholar
Hi all! We have a client who publishes scholarly research as a highly regarded non-profit. Their Publications aren't being indexed in Google Scholar 50% of the time and when they are, Google is pulling random stuff from a PDF vs. from the html page. Any advice on best practices is enormously appreciated

Is Google Knowledge Graph in Other Countries?
Hello, I have a website that receives international traffic from all over the world. A lot of our keywords that we go after unfortunately show up on google knowledge graph. I'm curious to know if KG is showing up in the google search engines for other countries for the keywords that my site goes after. Is there anyway to actually perform a test to see? Thanks!

"&" in search for site:domain.com
Hi, a few days ago we talked to a seo agency. They told us something about the "site:" search, that we hadn't heard before.
SERP Trends | | Sandra_h
As they told us, a search for "site:domain.com/&" would give you the number of relevant pages that Google indexed for your domain. We tested this search with some domains. Lots of the results showed up to 25% less indexed pages, than the search for site:domain.com/ Has anyone heard of this before, or is it just a sales gimmick?0 -
Updating the Google Knowledge Graph....any hard answers on how to do this?
We are trying to update the Google Knowledge graph for one our clients. We would like to have company founding date, CEO's name and founder name in the knowledge graph. This information is already included in their wikipedia entry. Where else can we make changes to update this knowledge graph? Is their structured data option for founding dates, CEO/founder names? Should we include this information in their Google+ profile? We are using the publisher tag. We are not sure how to update the freebase account.

Google News query
Hi Moz community! I have a client who have been rejected for inclusion in Google's news results. This is their web site: www.irishracing.com they are not a gambling/gaming web site, but they do advertise gambling on the site, and I am thinking that this may be an issue for them. We asked Google and obviously got a generic 'see our guidelines' response, with no actual specific feedback. Any ideas anyone? Kind regards. Gavin
