Duplicate page content
-
Hi guys the feedback form my campaign suggests I have to much duplicate page content. I’ve had a look at the CSV file but it doesn’t seem to be abundantly clear as to which pages on my site have the duplicate content. Can anyone tell which columns I need to refer to on the sheet, to ascertain this information.
Also if the content is only slightly different, will Google still consider it to be duplicate? I look forward to hearing from you

When you download your crawl diagnostics as a csv, column A is "URL", column L is the true/flase column for "Duplicate Page Content", and column AF "duplicate_page_content" contains the urls of duplicates to the url in column A.
To look at duplicate content, I sort by column L, delete all of the false rows (because they don't have duplicate content), then I delete all of the columns except column A (URL) and column AF (duplicate_page_content), save the spreadsheet as "yyyymmdd-duplicate-content" and work from that. (Easier to see what you are doing without all the other data in the way.)
Also note that column AF "duplicate_page_content" can have more than one url in it if you have multiple versions of the same content. In this case I use Excel's "Text to Columns" function (under "Data" in the ribbon) to put each url into its own column so I can deal with them individually.
And yes, if there are just small differences Google is likely to see pages as duplicates.

I really don't know which columns in the CSV, but you can see those pages in the campaigns page.
Anyway, if the content is slightly different, you could consider using noindex on those pages that could generate conflicts. For example, that happens quite often on a blog, duplicate content reports on tag/category pages, in those cases it would be considered a good practice to noindex tag pages.
Just my 2 cents

The following url
Moz Bar | | TrueluxGroup
https://www.whichledlight.com/t/gu10-led-bulbs has (100 score for keyword 'GU10 LED')
has different on page opmisation score results to
http://www.whichledlight.com/t/gu10-led-bulbs (73 score for keyword 'GU10 LED') Anyone know if we've set something up wrong?
Also, is this even something to worry about, does google treat them differently? We're using the Page Optimisation Tool in Moz Pro ** UPDATE ** It's worth mentioning we are using emberjs, so the website is a single page application.

How can I find duplicate pages from a Moz Crawl?
We have many duplicate pages that show up on the Moz Crawl, and we're trying to fix these but it's very difficult because I can't see a way to isolate the code where the duplicate is found. For instance, http://experiencemission.org/immersion/ is one of our main pages, and the crawl shows one duplicate of http://experiencemission.org/immersion. It appears that one of our staff manually edited the source code in one of our pages but forgot the trailing slash. This would be an easy fix but the problem is that this page is linked to internally on our website 2423 times, so it's next to impossible to find the code that is incorrect. We have many other pages with this same basic problem. We know we have duplicates, but it's next to impossible to isolate them. So my question is this: When viewing the Moz Crawl data is there any way to see where a specific duplicate page link is located on our website? Thanks for any and all help!

Weekly Custom Reports Send Duplicates
For one of my sites, I have set up a weekly custom report to be sent out, but when the report comes in, there are multiple copies of the report. Any help would be appreciated on how to make sure that only one copy of the report is sent.

How can the Moz Page Grader support a 'keyword portfolio' approach?
I used to use the Page Grader tools to support the old philosophy of one page - one keyword. With more focus now being given to a portfolio of keywords around a topic area - what would be a good approach to using the page grader tool? Obviously getting A's and B's is impossible for multiple keywords. The only way i've seen suggested in moz tools to help with keyword portfolios is to use labels in the ranking measurement and then find averages of the results. Are there other strategies that I can try?

On the on page optimization page, I found out that there are 2 contributing factors which are opposite to each other. "No More Than One H1 Tag" and "Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag"
"No More Than One H1 Tag" and "Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag" If you fulfill one condition, the other one is not completed. If you consider Article heading as H1 then Moz do not detect keyword in the heading.

On-Page Grader Levels
I see that On-Page Grader reports include a numerical number such as the following: Keyword Usage for audio book gift certificates = 15 I improved this page (http://www.audiobooksonline.com/audio-book-audiobook-gift-certificates.html) from 3 to 15 today. What is the maximum "grade" possible?
