Good venues to post articles and generate link juice.

I have a website (www.allianceconcretepumps.com) and am stuggling a bit to get rankings for particular key words. I have lots of great content I could post, in hopes to recieve some links.
Can anyone recomend a good location for me to post articles about:
Concrete Pump Trucks, Sales, Maintenance, Parts, Safety etc.
Thanks for any advice! Dave

My memory is actually very bad.... but subjects like concrete pumps and expanded aggregate get my attention.

Your memory is like a steel trap! That was one of my prior questions.
I have been working pretty hard at putting together some better content for the site. Its pretty slow going, but going well. I hope within the next month I will have the content hashed out a bit more then add a few more pages, dress things up a bit more and add the rest of the content.
Thanks for the advice. I have noticed some of my works out and about on other sites recently. Funny, now it seems as if it may be being used against me...It is flattering though when someone feels your content of quality.
Thanks again for your advice and time. When I finally get the content together I will let you know. Dave

You have lots of great content? Post it on your own site.
Maybe you wrote the content suggested here....

If you place content like that on your site let me know about it. I'll bet you get a few links.

Company is spliting up and moving to new domains, trying to keep link juice going forward
A company I am doing SEO work for is splitting into 3 and will be hosted on three separate domains. I am getting 2 of the 3, however, I am not getting the domain that has most links going to it. What is the best practice to carry any link juice going to my divisions to the new domain names? Should I contact sites linking to my divisions content on the old site and ask them to link to my new sites? Should I do 301 redirects to help carry links to my new sites? Also, I found this guide in moz http://moz.com/blog/seo-guide-how-to-properly-move-domains its from 2009, but is this still considered the best practices for moving to new domains or is there an updated guide I should be using?

Sitewide links from affiliates. Good or bad?
We have 14 affiliate sites that have a sitewide banner linked to one of our pages. The banner link is "follow" and contains an alt text that includes a brand name and a keyword. Are these links harming us, or creating value? We were hit by Panda 2.0 - do you think it might be the reason?

Blog posts with currently no links question
Hi, If a blog has 100's of quality blog posts all with PR 1-3 but has no internal linking going on, what kind of affect would it have if someone was to go through all the pages using mixed anchor text (where it fits) back to money pages. Would generating 100's of internal links from a blog in a matter of days cause problems / flag up to SE's. I'm guessing it would be best to stagger it over a long period of time. Cheers

Penguin Recover: Remove links vs Burry Links
The best is to do both. However with those with limited resources, would building more links with branded and naked URL anchor links be a better solution than painstakingly asking every webmaster to remove links.

Link exchanges
I have quite a few legal clients and 90% of my clients top competitors are doing 1:1 link exchanges and they have been doing it for years. Other industries Dont seem as prevalent. I am just boggled every time someone says link exchanges don't work, will get penalized, or value is not passed. Its been working for my competitors....Legal SEO's seem to focus heavily on link exchanges. I have yet to do link exchanges, but am about to get started with a resourceful directory of local businesses on my clients site. Some will be linking back, but not all. Fear of penalization is lurking in my mind. Does anyone have any real data on this? Does anyone have an example of doing this properly and an example of how not to do it? I appreciate any feedback you can give. Thank you,

Is Buying Links a good idea???
Hello Everyone, I want to know, what is the search engine's preference when it comes to links that have been bought. I observed that quite a few the good local directory listings (with good mozrank and moz trust etc) offer one to be listed for a yearly or lifetime price. Does Google frown upon these type of links too? regards, Talha

SEOs and web developers frequently leave links to their site in the footer of their clients' sites. Does this negatively impact the site with the links?
Does this provide any SEO value to the receiving site? Has anyone experienced problems doing this?
