To track internal links and identify orphan pages on Moz, you can use the Site Crawl tool. Here are the steps:

Log in to your Moz account and navigate to the Site Crawl tool.

Enter the URL of your website and click on "Start Site Crawl".

Once the crawl is complete, click on the "Internal Links" tab to view all internal links on your website.

To identify orphan pages, click on the "Issues" tab and select "Orphan Pages". This will show you a list of pages on your website that have no internal links pointing to them.
