Images on sub domain fed from CDN
I have a client that uses a CDN to fill images, from a sub domain ( images.domain.com). We've made sure that the sub domain itself is not blocked. We've added a robots.txt file, we're creating an image sitemap file & we've verified ownership of the domain within GWT. Yet, any crawler that I use only see's the first page of the sub domain (which is .html) but none of the subsequent URL's which are all .jpeg. Is there something simple I'm missing here?

Site structure and Visual Sitemaps
Aside from mind mapping software are there any tools ( recommended) to build a visual sitemap of the internal linking structure of a URL? I've been trying to 'show' clients the structure of a website as it pertains to internal and external links. Here is one I've tried it's "Close" - http://site-visualizer.com/ . I've been using the excel export function, import into mind meister and building it. It's a teeny bit time consuming for large websites. Site structure I feel is a valuable portion of SEO and a down and dirty visual explanation would be great. Don't get me wrong, it offers other benefits as well- it's just I'd like to free up the time it takes. Thank you in advance. Screen shots are available on the website of the organization.

At a loss
Hello experts! Please help me with this weirdness! www.drgrizzledds.com - I lost all rankings in June, it was a new site in May- went up and now has vanished off the face of the earth! One thing odd- using OSE it shows 818 inbound links, where ahrefs and GWT only show 42. It's a suburb of Houston, TX in Sugar Land, TX. Research shows very little searches in that area but aside from the Drs. Name ( which is his brand) I can't get even the basic listing IE: "sugar land tx dentist" "dentist sugar land".... I use NO black hat ( previous employer Mr. Bruce Clay would be ashamed of me if I did!) also, I do look better in white hats. Google Local is still awaiting verification from the client. But, I see nothing glaring that I am missing. Opinions, criticisms welcome. I really have pulled out my hair over this client ( not even just the grey ones, some of the pretty blonde ones too!). Thanks again so much, I look forward to your responses.

Keyword tracking- Local
Silly question about Local ranking monitors. If I have a local client in Pheonix, AZ and I want to track rankings for keywords. Is it best to monitor city+keyword or just keyword? I have ran tests with multiple clients and locations, and cannot ascertain the difference- as far as rankings go. I appreciate all input.

Web Developer Using Stock Photos
Hello, The organization is selling a cms system in a niche market across the country. It has the normal SEO challenges, in addition he is using purchased stock images. This seemed ok, while he was smaller but now we are growing rapidly and these images are VERY STOCK- and well used ( I have checked with Tiny Eye). I remember a few years ago this was a flag to the search engines who went through manual review, is this still true? It seems to me that the theme's that come with the images, are duplicated ( including navigation & footers), so having the duplicated images would be another negative. Thank you for your suggestions!
