Does anyone know of a great inexpensive article writing company overseas?
-
Hello,
I'm hoping someone here has used or knows about a content writing company overseas that is very good.
We would provide a lot of the information, and they would gather the rest by internet or talking with manufacturers by skype.
We need at least 200 articles written, and we're on a tight budget.
The articles need to be unique content, and very helpful to users.
The people or person I hire will provide the articles in Microsoft Word, I'll do the rest.
So far I've posted on Elance.
Any useful people, companies, or helpful hints in doing this is appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi Bob,
If you're looking for reasonably good quality at inexpensive rates, I'd use TextBroker.com and choose the '4*' option when you create the job. You'll pay around $10 for an average length article and the majority of the time you won't need to do much editing.
Hope that helps,
Matt

Could you or someone else here give me a couple of names of companies that would provide stellar, unique, quality content at some appropriate rate?
Who would you guys recommend that's here in the states?
Thanks!

I hate to be a Bernie Bummer, but Content is King, and I don't recommend going after the cheapest solution when looking to produce it. While it's theoretically possible to find an "overseas" individual or company willing to produce content very cheaply, the chances are very good that the content itself will generally be low quality.
In a nutshell, if you're on a tight budget, content is not the area to apply restraints to.

Can anyone recommend a good reliable blogging platform for a small to medium sized manufacturing and services company?
I've been asked by my manager to investigate the best blogging platform for our company website. On a recent CIM course it ways suggested that Wordpress is not necessarily reliable. Could anyone advise? The blog is required to provide a space for current industry news, casestudies etc. It is also envisaged that the blog will allow comments. I've only got good things to say about Wordpress, but have only used the platform for my own small SEO company.

Does anyone know of a recipe schema creator tool?
Our CMS doesn't support a user friendly plugin to create markup for recipes, so we have to do it manually. Does anyone know of a schema creator tool for recipes? Raven tools has one for every other content type. Thanks! Lisa

My Boss tells me personal narrative content isn't read online and bad for SEO, anyone else disagree? b/c I do!
I am in a constant debate that content 1st person or 3rd person doesn't make a difference in terms of SEO and what people on the web want to read. What do you all think? Does it make a difference?

How to Get Rid of Duplicate Content Captured on Article Lists
We have a ton of articles and blog posts on our site. Currently, we display summary lists of articles that contain the first paragraph of the article in the summary list. However, in my reports, this is coming back as duplicate content with the full article itself. How do I fix this? Ex: article main page- http://www.robots.com/articles/10 First article on that page- http://www.robots.com/articles/viewing/grippers-for-robots (which shows up as duplicate content with the main artilce page). With our blogs, we have the most recent 5 blogs (in the same summary format) listed on our main blog page. We then have categories that people can sort by. But again, this is causing us duplicate content because those pages show the first paragraph of the blogs related to that category. Ex: blog main page- http://www.robots.com/blog. First blog listed on that page- http://www.robots.com/blog/viewing/robots-and-automation-bringing-jobs-back-to-the-united-states (which then shows as duplicate content with the main blog page). And then you can also select categories to see related topics: http://www.robots.com/blog/category/buying-a-robot which is showing as duplicate content also. Help! How can I prevent this? Thanks! Can having similar content on my company's two sites hurt our rankings?
We have a very successful website that has been up for a number of years (www.comellaortho.com). We rank high in the natural rankings for that site. A few months ago, we started seeing patients in another nearby city. I purchased a new domain name, www.dansvilleortho.com, and had our web company duplicate the website under the new domain name. The reality is that the content on these two sites are nearly identical. Some of the pages are different; for example, there are fewer pages on the new site. But the pages that do exist are nearly identical. My question is: Can having similar content on my company's two sites hurt our rankings? Based on what I've read thus far, I believe the answer is "Yes". However, I'm curious how bad this may hurt us. I'm not as worried about the new site (dansvilleortho.com) because our competition in that city is slim to none. But I AM worried about harming the original site/business (comellaortho.com). Which site(s) rankings may be affected by this, and if so, how bad? Thank you.

How to free articles sites work when they offer duplictae articles
Hi, i am trying to work out how these free article sites work. They allow people to put on their articles on their sites but these articles are on loads of different sites which means they are all duplicate content. I am finding it hard how google puts up with this and how the sites still continue to rank high in google when all their site is duplicate content. Can anyone please explain this to me.

Does anyone have some examples of Ecommerce websites that have great product reviews that are SEO friendly?
I am trying setup product reviews on an Ecommerce site and was wondering if there were some good websites to create a model around that is SEO friendly. Right now my reviews are in a separate directory off the review (http://www.example.com/review/product/etc) and I would like my reviews to be attributed to the product page to add in free, fresh, unique content that contains valuable information for both the user and SEO (new keyword derivatives). Also any suggestions on getting users to leave reviews? Whether it is a monetary incentive/coupon or a free method (of course this is preferred :)) Thanks in advance!
