What is the best solution to track conversions on local plumbing site (non-mobile)?

What is the best solution to track conversions on our local plumbing site? 95% of leads coming from phone calls, the rest – from the contact form we have on every page.
Is there a reliable solutions to track conversion rate for non-mobile local site?
As a side note, we have 6 different phone numbers on our site that users can call in order to reach us.

Hi Dinok - just saw this response or I would have responded sooner.
Check out a solution like callrail.com, mongoosemetrics.com, or callfire.com.
Basically they will adjust the phone number displayed based upon how the user found your website (eg direct visit or organic search by keyword or ppc visit by keyword). They typically can tie into goals in Analytics.
This is the best solution for businesses that rarely get contact form submissions.

@ Beardo:
We have separate landing pages for separate towns that we cover in different counties.
Depending on what county it is, we use a specific phone number that is a local number for that particular county.
@ Kane:
You are correct, changing phone number is not a good option since it would require changing tons of listing across the web in order to get our places page ranking well again, possibly taking it out of serp for many months.
As for you comment regarding javascript solution, did you mean it for one "universal" landing pages that adjust depending on the visitor origin? We use separate unique landing pages for different towns and they have a static phone numbers assigned to them.
I am looking for something that would allow me to optimize my site for higher conversions, preferably tied up to our GA data. Since we have calls for action along with phone number on every single page, a lot of calling people never make it to "Contact us" page. So I cannot use "Visit to Contact us page" goal as a reliable tracking factor.

Changing the phone number across the site is going to cause issues with local citations which are going to be essential for a plumber, so this probably won't be the best solution for call tracking. Typically local business call tracking should be done using javascript-based tracking solutions that dynamically change the phone number based upon the source of the visit.

What I would do is get a phone number from Google Voice and put that on the website. You can then track the logs on that specific phone number. You mention you have six phone numbers, why? Alternatively you can create a landing page with a Google Voice number and use it for your PPC and social media campaigns.

Photos or Video Best for Landing Pages?
My real estate brokerage firm is promoting a listing via advertising on LinkedIn. The advertising links to a landing page: http://www.nyc-officespace-leader.com/MidtownLawOfficeSublet3300SFBelowMarket Rather than photos, the landing page has a 1 minute video. So far we have had about 10 visits to the page. Visitors leave the landing page after a few seconds. So they are not looking at the video. Would it be better to replace the video with photos? Or is engagement generally better with video? My thinking is that business owners may not have the patience or the time for a video and they would more likely have the time and willingness to click on photos. I would be willing to test this further, but at $5/click it could get costly! Any thoughts?

What is the best way to reduce bounce rate from Pinterest Traffic?
Hi, Our bounce rate is very high on incoming traffic from Pinterest. What can we do to redirect the traffic to more than single product page and/or convert them to sign up for newsletter, etc? Anyone know if there is an average bounce rate from Pinterest traffic? Thanks.

How to make use of those traffics on non-conversion page?
I am working on a website which sells eBooks softwares, most of posts on the site are teaching people how to solve eBook-reading problems and will lead visitors to download and try the software. But some posts are not related to the software, we just write it for traffic, for example: link-bait post such as top xxx romantic eBooks, free eBooks tools review, etc. These posts have got a pretty considerable traffic, but visitors just come here, read, like/share/comment, then leave. Is there any way I can make use of these pages to convert? Thanks

Is being listed in the McAfee Directory and displaying a McAfee Secure logo on your site worthwhile?
I am trying to decide whether or not to renew a plan with McAfee Secure. My initial thought was that displaying the logo was not worth the cost, and that I would be able to establish the same consumer confidence with a seal from Authorize.net. Does anyone have an opinion on display the McAfee Secure seal and/or being listed in the McAfee directory.

Is it better to get a new site instead of maintaining a category? I'm stuck.
If you had a website "Food for Dogs" and: Food for German shepherds was improving in search traffic & conversions Snack Food for German shepherds had no change and never resulted in conversions but resulted in many leads for #1 Food for Poodles was unchanged but improving conversions Here's the kicker... Food Container for Dogs was super high traffic but with no conversions or any activity to other categories Would you redirect "food container for dogs" to a different site and delete that tab from the original site completely? It's still related but does not offer any $ value or leads to any of the other categories. Just note that we have a different interest in this category that will support the other categories at one time, but not any time soon. We also have a major group on LinkedIN that's grown to thousands of members for the "food container for dogs" category. On top of it all, the "food container for dogs" has been increasing in rank on Google for several keyphrases to positions 2-5 (nationally) Other important question: Would keeping "food container for dogs" influence the ranking of the other keywords? (by dilution of the site's PR or any other reason?)

Tracking Sales to Sources
We're trying to set up a commission system for the different people who contribute to our site. We just want to see a list of transactions and the path back to source for all of them. We haven't been able to figure it out and know other ecommerce sites have had to have figured this out.We have GA Ecommerce tracking on. How can we find last months sales: source / medium / keyword / landing page / revenue / etc Sorry if this is an obvious question. We have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out.
