Why is Moz Crawl Diagnostics labelling pages as duplicate when they appear to be different?

Moz Crawl Diagnostics is flagging some pages on the Doorfit website as duplicate, yet the page content is completely different and not identical.
Example.
Page: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/locks-security/secondary-security
Duplicate: http://www.doorfit.co.uk/seals-and-sealants?cat=279
Does anybody have any suggestions as to why this might be the case?

I think that it is a good possibility. I wouldn't put Canonical tags on the product page however. The product page isn't the same as the category page, the html coding is just very similar between the two.

I would add some content to these pages. When you look at the source code of those pages the html coding is almost identical. That is most likely what is causing the duplicate content error. There is no text to html ratio, it is all html coding.

Duplicate Content on a page that isn't duplicate?
So, I've been working on a site for a while, and they recently had one of their blog posts marked as "duplicate content" on Moz Pro: https://ashlandbreastpumps.com/blog/breast-milk-storage-guidelines/ Reviewing this post, there's nothing here to suggest that it should be considered duplicate. Link is marked canonical, there are no weird domain shenanigans to cause confusion, the content is distinct, and there's a lot of content there that prevents it from being overcome by coding white noise (So "more content" wouldn't be a solution here). So I'm trying to figure out why this particular post was flagged. Did Moz Pro make a mistake?

Why does Moz see short Russian & Chinese urls as too long
We are translating content into Russian and Chinese on our website, the number of errors are increasing mainly around URL too long, each time we create a page with a Chinese or Russian url. Moz cant crawl site?
We're getting an error saying Moz is getting an errors crawling our client's site, but when I've put this though Google Search Console I'm not seeing any issues - any suggestions?

Is anyone else experiencing a lot of bugs in moz?
It seems like there have been a lot of bugs in moz over the last couple of days - is anyone else experiencing anything similar? Scheduled reports have sections coming through blank, same thing happens when trying to edit the module in the report - it's just blank. Yesterday, trying to use the KW explorer the SERP portion of the tool would not work and the metrics gathering seemed to be endless. Also been receiving various error messages across many different reports

Moz having a few issues with their site?
I've seemed to have a load of issues as of late. My Whole Moz Account Went Missing - Started From Scratch But Not Working Again
Hi guys my whole moz account went awol - lost all my previous campaign data in terms of search listings - got a bit fed up so started from scratch, the first week was ok but now I login to see where I am on the search engines and all I get is '-' can anyone help - I am paying top dollar for this service but it seems so unstable, I thought I was using this to save me time keying in hundreds of search phrases and manually checking them and as I am sure many of you will appreciate checking daily can drive you crackers so I signed up with the belief that once a week I would get an in depth report and as such I could take a sigh of relief and get away from the obsessive compulsion to check my listings daily - this does not seem to be the case - pretty frustrated to be honest. kind regards Gareth

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?
