Moz needs to be correct / up to date in order to push the correct data to aggregators.

Here's another Moz Q&A connected to this question (link), the answer on the link goes into a little bit more detail (and there are some great follow up questions) but the answer to your questions is it can take from 1-8 weeks to have Moz's info updated with your changes. This has to do with the back and forth Moz has with the directory listings which can take some time.
I know this can sometimes be frustrating but you should keep in mind that if you change your Google business page and it looks good in Google that's what matters. Moz's tools are great for providing additional information and helping us analyze our progress but for the most part they don't effect our bottom line. If we make changes and Google/Bing recognizes the change then that's what will drive results, not whether Moz recognizes those changes.
Hopefully that helps!

Setting up Moz Account for a franchise with no physical locations
OK, so technically we are not a franchise, but our structure is very similar, in that we have numerous areas or cities, within which there are numerous locations (all with separate landing pages). We need to closely track the performance of each area/city as a whole (like you would a franchise), and the individual locations within it. We have a home based office in each main area/city, though not for the purposes of meeting customers etc. We have www.domain.com/area-1/location-A, www.domain.com/area-1/location-B and then www.domain.com/area-2/location-A, www.domain.com/area-2/location-B etc etc. This means that we have a relatively small handful of keywords which are relevant to any location, apart from the addition of the location or city name, like "house cleaners in [location], home cleaning services in [location]. So, do I set up my campaigns as domain.com/Newcastle, domain.com/Manchester etc, have say 10 keywords based around house cleaning, and then add all the local areas within that area/campaign? If so, should I add my keywords - things like "house cleaners" "home cleaning" "domestic cleaning companies" etc. to a campaign for /Newcastle, then add locations within Newcastle such as Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc? Will this then allow us to track our rankings for "house cleaners in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}", "home cleaning in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}, "domestic cleaning companies in {Gosforth, Jesmond, Heaton etc}? Any help, general, specific is much appreciated! Many thanks Edward

Moz Local for Physicians
I have a Moz Local campaign set up for a physicians clinic. MOZ has informed me that several duplicate listings for the office have been found. Some are listed using an old business name, some are listed using an old business name w/ physicians no longer practicing at the clinic. Most all have inconsistent data. The question is: Do I "ignore" or "close" these duplicate listings? Also, should I wait to clean up inconsistent data until MOZ has successfully "submitted and updated" the listings in the directories they submit to? When I search my local listing with Moz, why does it state that MOZ is unable to contact YP, Hotfrog, and Best of the Web? I will appreciate any guidance here:-)

Moz Local free with subscription?
I am part of an agency managing multiple clients through a Moz Pro Medium subscription. I am interested in using Moz Local for some of my clients, and I was under the understanding that with a subscription Moz Local could be used for free. Can someone please let me know if this is correct and if so how to take advantage of it?

Moz Local Submissions
Hello, I am looking into transferring listings from Nuestar Localeze to Moz Local. Would it be best to set all of my Localeze listings to not renew or does Moz Local claim active listings from these sites for you?
