Cancel Moz Local
-
I'm leaving my current company and they no longer want to use Moz Local, so how do you cancel it?
-
We should have the option to submit cancelations by the end of the year. This is a high priorty.
-
Any updates for the option to cancel subscription or not auto renew?
-
Wonderful, thanks.
-
There will be a 30 day renewal notice and by then we will definitely have an option to submit a cancelation or opt out of renewal.
-
Okay, so it won't automatically renew?
-
Hey Jacob!
Sorry for the confusion. Local is setup differently than Pro as it is a recurring subscription but on an annual basis. When you publish a listing you completely own the listing for one year which can be updated at anytime at no additional cost. When the year is almost complete you will be prompted to renew. If you are looking to claim your listing through another provider, let me know as we will have to unclaim your listings on the backend.
-
That's how I canceled Moz Pro, but Moz Local doesn't have a cancel option visible.
-
Go to your profile, click billing and subscription and under the Billing Information section you should be able to cancel.

Unsolved Multiple Locations for One Client on Moz Local
Hello, I have a client that I want to do local SEO for. They have two locations, both cities in Tennessee. To do this, would I just start two separate locations in Moz Local? Or would that cause a problem, making them look like separate "entities" in directories?

Moz local & Rich Data in bi-lingual markets
Hi, any of you have any experience with Moz local in bi-lingual markets? In Quebec, we deal with predominantly French marketplace with large pockets of English speaking communities. However, mostly all of the directories that Moz Local lists to are English. Some offer options to list rich-data in two languages but many don't. Here's the question, have nay of you use both languages when submitting using Moz local (or other similar services) successfully in that the directories that were only English still accepted your "other" languages? Thx.

I am new to MOZ
I just purchased MOZ local for a client on a brand new location. I had already submitted the NAP to the big four google, yahoo, bing, yelp. I purchased the 99/year basic plan and now I am a bit confused. Will MOZ submit to the local directories in the network or out of the network that does not have a listing in place (Business New Address) so no listings exist besides the ones I mentioned. Also, it says it will send it to all four aggregators, is this true and how can I verify? Can someone explain what I should expect? YIKES, I hope this is not a dumb question for those MOZer gurus :). If it doesn't what did I just buy? A way to monitor Google? Please assist. I need to get NAP data out there for local directories for a customer. Should I have done this a different way? Thanks in advance,

Moz Local Duplicating Street Address
Hi, Whenever I done a lookup for a client we were hoping to get on Moz Local, the listing that appeared has a repeating street address. For Example: 123 Some Street, 123 Some Street, Some City, Some ZIP Code I have checked Google Plus / Google My Business and no such repetition is there, however, under the Incomplete section it's showing Google as the one that's incorrect, but when I click through to Google the address is correct - see attached images... I have gone through all the other listings and they are correct from what I can see through the Moz Report. Also, this is happening with more than one address that I have checked - see attached images. If anyone has any input on the matter it would be greatly appreciated. I have posted this before and got no definitive answer, it then hit page two and we all know what happens when it does that. 4FwVXZi.png OEF0JzZ.png CoiU0tt.png jrKdHYU.png 3Rnm6Jz.png mVtALyn.png

New Company with Google+ but not in directories. Does Moz add those even though they show no listing status?
I am submitting a new company. I created a Google+ account that's been verified. Once it's on Moz local, will it be added to these directories even though it's not showing up that the business exists?

Moz Local Verification
Why is it that when I submit a listing on Moz Local sometimes it does not pull up my Facebook page to verify and only tries to use the Google+, or vise versa? In this particular instance i want it to use the Facebook page because it has all the correct information and the Google+ page is not, but since the Google+ page has a different name it will not verify and let my listing go through. But it matches everything exactly on the Facebook page but is not even pulling up Facebook to option, instead it wants me to change the name of my business which is not correct.
