Discrepancy in actual indexed pages vs search console

Hi support,

I checked my search console. It said that 8344 pages from www.printcious.com/au/sitemap.xml are indexed by google.

however, if i search for site:www.printcious.com/au

it only returned me 79 results. See http://imgur.com/a/FUOY2

for your info, in my search console, it shown 8344 pages indexed since 7 days ago til now. is it something wrong with the indexing?

i expect googlebot should have finished indexing all my pages, rite?

should i request for fetch and render again?

Hi,

The site: operator only gives a select number of pages. Sometimes it shows all of them but that rare with large sites.

The total index count in search console is the correct stat.Hope this helps.Thanks

Hi, My website has a few SaaS products, to make my website simple i want to move my website some pages to its specific folder structure , so eg website.com/product1/features
website.com/product1/pricing
website.com/product1/information and same for product2 and so on, the website.com/product1/.. menu will only show the links of product1 and only one link to homepage (possibly in footer). Please share your opinion will it be a good idea, from UI perspective it will be simple , but i am not sure about SEO perspective, please help thanks

Unsolved Why My site pages getting video index viewport issue?

Hello, I have been publishing a good number of blogs on my site Flooring Flow. Though, there's been an error of the video viewport on some of my articles. I have tried fixing it but the error is still showing in Google Search Console. Can anyone help me fix it out?

My WP website got attack by malware & now my website site:www.example.ca shows about 43000 indexed page in google.

Hi All My wordpress website got attack by malware last week. It affected my index page in google badly. my typical site:example.ca shows about 130 indexed pages on google. Now it shows about 43000 indexed pages. I had my server company tech support scan my site and clean the malware yesterday. But it still shows the same number of indexed page on google. Trying to find all internal links to a specific page (without index)

Hi guys -- Still waiting on Moz to index a page of mine. We launched a new site over two months ago. In the meantime, I really just need a list of internal links to a specific page because I want to change its URL. How to remove Parameters from Google Search Console?

Hi All, Following are parameter configuration in search console - Parameters - fl
Does this parameter change page content seen by the user? - Yes, Changes, reorders, or narrows page content.
How does this parameter affect page content? - Narrow
Which URLs with this parameter should Googlebot crawl? - Let Googlebot decide (Default) Query - Actually it is filter parameter. I have already set canonical on filter page. Now I am doing tracking of filter pages via data layer and tag manager so in google analytic I am not able to see filter url's because of this parameter. So I want to delete this parameter. Can anyone please help me? Thanks!

Can you noindex a page, but still index an image on that page?

If a blog is centered around visual images, and we have specific pages with high quality content that we plan to index and drive our traffic, but we have many pages with our images...what is the best way to go about getting these images indexed? We want to noindex all the pages with just images because they are thin content... Can you noindex,follow a page, but still index the images on that page? Please explain how to go about this concept.....

Do search engines still index/crawl private content?
