How to best handle search landing pages - that don't exist
I have quite a bit of blog information that can be searched, which results in "pages" that don't actually live anywhere. These are scanned by Moz and appear as poor page quality for speed, etc. How do I get the service to either ignore all of these or is there a way to treat them as a real page with content? As there are quite a few generated over time, I'd like to be able to capture them somehow. Thanks.

On page SEO Report Sucks
Hey. I'm trying to get a PDF of the on page report so I can see a list of each issue. This works well if you're logged in and just navigate through the different tabs, but not so well if you export. All I get is an overview of the number of the priority issues, but not the URLs and the specific problems. I know you can export a CVS, but that's not a very good branded way to export this. What I'd like to do is export a report that is fairly gainular so I can provide "before and after" reports for work we completed. As is stands now, I have an overview PDF which sucks and can't provide any more details or a CVS which has all the details in the world, but is so in depth it's hard to navigate, especially for clients who don't know what they're looking at, not to mention it's not branded!!! There should be way more options for reporting here. Please let me know if you can do something about this or if I'm just missing something. Thanks. Micha

How do I change back to a free membership?
I am no longer satisfied with paying for my "Pro" moz membership. I miss having phone support, but moz personnel have told me, "don't worry, we have chat support, and that's just as good!" So just now I tried to downgrade my membership status from "pro" to free", but now you have to fill in ALL of your credit card information, just to cancel(!) If you don't believe me, just try it. Anyway, I thought that maybe I was just not understanding how to do it, so I tried using the chat system to ask for help, and here's what happened. ================= me: How do I downgrade from my current "pro" subscription to a free subscription (if there still is such a thing as a free one)?

me: Pretty ironic. I am cancelling my paid subscription because you dropped phone support but you (your company) told me, "oh don't worry, chat support is just as good" ================= And, I waited for ten minutes before giving up and asking here. I hope that at least some other customer can answer this question for me. This is a perfect example of why phone support is important, chat support is ok but not always sufficcient, and why in general it's not satisifactory (to me, at least), to basically tell customers to go ask for help in the Q&A forums because the company won't budget sufficiently to provide customer support with its own personnel. Sad, too, because I've been a moz customer for over 4 years. There just isn't enough difference in value for me to continue, considering the other tools that are available now, some of which do provide satisfactory support. Changing login email not working
I am looking to switch our main account email to my colleague's but when I go to change it to hers I get an error saying the "account already exists". She has a free Moz account, why can I not associate her with our paid account?

Duplicate Page and Title Content
We applied the tag to our website but Moz still picked up an error in Duplicate Page Content and Duplicate Title for http://www.corpsyn.com/ and http://www.corpsyn.com/index.html after the crawl was completed yesterday. From the forum last week, we tried using the rel=”canonical” tag to tell the Moz crawler that the two pages are the same on purpose but it didn't work.
