How do I claim a YP listing with the wrong number listed?
-
I have a listing in Moz Local associated with a YP listing. Most items on the listing are correct but the number listed is not one of our numbers. When I try to claim the listing they want to call the number listed and give them a code. Of course we can't answer the phone because it doesn't ring on our end. How do I either change the number or claim the listing in another way?

Ok I was hoping there was a good way to do it. Thank you.

Hi PSLab!
I'm afraid the best option would be to work with YP directly to find a solution. You could see if they can accept a copy of the electricity bill for the location or other ways they may be willing to use.

What do I do if the business listed in Moz Local Business Listing for Yellow Pages is wrong?
Hey there! I have a business listing set up in Moz Local. The system seems to have accurately found the business on most networks, but on Yellow Pages, it has a completely different business listed (my business is a Pilates studio and it has a soccer club listed). What are the steps I can take to fix this? I can claim my listing on Yellow Pages, but after I do that, how does Moz Local associate the two? Thanks, --eric

Is there a way to transfer ownership of a Moz Local Listing to another account?
I have a past client who is interested in taking over the management of their own Moz Local account. I've looked through the resource material, but have not found any information on if it is possible to transfer ownership. Has anyone else had experience with this or know a solution? Thanks!

Moz Local "Listing Reach" plummet
Hello, I use Moz Local for our company's 12 locations. On August 15 we had a "Listing Reach" of 315. Today I noticed we're down to 29. How does one verify what the problem is with Moz Local? Thanks in advance,

Not able to validate my listings in Moz Local.
Hi Team, I have recently updated my location listings in Moz Local and I could not able to validate those listings & move it to "ready to publish" section. Also, I have all the listings that are perfect & verified in Google business but Moz Local could not retrieve my listings from Google and not allowing me to validate it. I have provided below the screenshot of the not validated listings from Moz Local dashboard. Please look in to it and provide me the solution as soon as possible. Thank you, WjWEcOh.png

Tracking Number YP
I am straightening out a clients listing. He has Yellow Pages submitting to a few places like City Search and wherever else they do and they are using a tracking number. It's showing in Moz Local as inconsistent because of this but they claim that they have implemented something in the back end where the search engines read the real number for consistency and know that its a tracking number but the public sees the tracking number. Anyone heard of this and is it still hurting the listing? They called me from the clients office and had a conferance call in front of him assuring him that the listing were fine and that the search engines still read his real number. If this is the case would Moz ever be able to do this so it doesn't show as inconsistant? Thanks Scott Ps.. he sent me a PDF that they use to search that shows the number they use as ok with some icon but did flag other tracking numbers out there that were not theirs.
