Best Back Links (paid/unpaid) Real Estate

Where can I get the best backlinks for Real Estate?
I don't care if it is paid/unpaid. As long as it's not the kind of paid link Google would go after. Paid directories are A OK.
Please help
Keywords: property management, vacation rentals, real estate, real estate agent, realtors

You might check out this YouMoz from Movoto Real Estate and look at some of the work they've done for inspiration. http://www.seomoz.org/ugc/getting-down-to-basics-building-a-blog-from-the-ground-up

Link bait does not work in my industry. The average real estate agent is in their fifties. They never share/like/link to any content. Most of their sites are html tables. No link I would earn would come from a source with similar content.
There are almost NO agents with PR over 1.

If budget is not at all a problem for you then it is highly suggested to heir a quality digital marketer or consultant to help you with a good link bait that can help you pull tons of links instead of buying links because that way you might never be able to find the quality you are looking for!
Link Bait will help you get quality links plus at the same time help you build your authority as a brand and possibly offer you leads that you can convert to grow your business from online channels.

How about BBB so it counts as BOTH a link and credibility?
Use this too http://www.seomoz.org/directories. It's part of your subscription.

Any advantage spreading linked-back articles vs concentrating them?
I have had good luck getting a reputable ezine in my field to publish my articles, and they always link back to my site. Would I do better SEO-wise to spread my articles among several different ezines?

Should You Get Link back from Customers
In the SEO guide on Moz, it states as one of the link building strategies: Get your customers to link to you If you have partners you work with regularly, or loyal customers that love your brand, you can capitalize on this by sending out partnership badges—graphic icons that link back to your site (like Google often does with their AdWords certification program). Just as you'd get customers wearing your t-shirts or sporting your bumper stickers, links are the best way to accomplish the same feat on the web. We design websites for churches and non-profits, and put a link back to our site as the designer. We recently have been told this is spammy and not a good idea. However, from what MOZ says, it sounds like they are promoting you do this. Please comment. Thanks.

If I create a fresh link pointing to specific page on my site, apart from adding a number to "page linking root domains" does it also add up to root domain linking ?

If I write a PR release on a site such as PRweb with anchor-text links that is picked up and published by other news sites, do the engines consider this duplicate content or additional, beneficial links?
I recently wrote a news release on PRweb that was picked up identically by 8 other news websites, with the same anchor-text links as the original. Is the reproduction of duplicate content and links across different websites like this to the benefit or detriment of SEO and ranking power? Some of the links are: http://www.mynewsdesk.com/uk/view/pressrelease/eventa-new-eventa-christmas-parties-website-is-launched-648923?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=Alert&utm_content=pressrelease http://www.prweb.com/releases/christmasparties/neweventasite/prweb8562064.htm Many thanks!!
