Is it normal for my homepage's page authority to be higher than my domain authority?
-
Hi everyone,
I've just been checking my MOZ authority scores, and the page authority of my home page, www.concerthotels.com is 53 (mozRank of 6.16) which seems pretty good to me. However, the domain authority is only showing as 45. Is this typical? There is such a big difference between these two scores - what does that suggest? Is there anything obvious that I can do to bring the domain authority up to the level of authority that the homepage commands?
Similarly, the UK version of my site has a homepage authority of 41, but the domain authority is only 30. Looking at numerous other websites, quite often the homepage and domain authority scores are very similar, or the domain authority is slightly higher, so it does look as if this is unusual.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated,
Many thanks
Mike

" Domain Authority measures the predictive ranking strength of entire domains or subdomains, Page Authority measures the strength of individual page. "
According tot he data moz has on your web site they think your homepage has better chance of ranking as opposed to other pages on the domain. I would not be too worried about it, you can mitigate it by building quality links to some of your other top internal pages

On Page Grader - URL not accessible
We have tried to use the On Page Grader today and it is coming back with URL not accessible for all pages on our website. We previously used the On Page Grader on Friday 10th Nov for a couple of product pages with no issues. Since then, the only changes we have made on the websites is updating some downloadable documents. We have done this several times before and it has never affected Moz. We have not changed the page URLs, and therefore do not know why it is now not working. The pages are working fine on the website with no issues. A link to one of the pages is below. http://www.processinstruments.co.uk/products/dissolved-oxygen-monitor/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Page title not being read
Hi all I have been testing my site with the Moz on page grader recently and every page seems to come up with the same issues. The keyword doesn't seem to be in the title tag or the title tag isn't there. Could anyone tell me why this is? This is an example of a page it is happening on https://www.sbat.com/tips/todays-free-horse-racing-tips I used several versions of the Keyword including free horse Racing tips Horse racing tips and it seemed none of these were picked up.

Title tag not registering on page optimization
I added a link to the "page optimization" section at moz. When I submit the url to be reviewed (click "optimize") it doesn't find the title tag, although it is definitely there e.g this page

Moz crawler finding my homepage multiple times
Hi and thank you in advance for your help! I have a Moz Pro campaign running (I am a complete Moz novice by the way) for one of my websites (balloonsutah.com). After crawling my site, the Moz crawler informed me that I have 3 pages with duplicate content. While I am not sure why exactly this is happening, the crawler indexed my homepage 3 times under different url's. -balloonsutah.com
Moz Bar | | Keenan-Price
-balloonsutah.com/
-balloonsutah.com/index.html I checked my FTP server and I cannot figure out for the life of me why the crawler is finding anything other than the index.html file. I suppose I need to do something regarding a rel="Canonical" but I am not terribly familiar with that either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

In Moz Medium Pro how many pages can you track for keyword rankings at a time? I know you can track up to 50 in Standard.
I would possibly like to upgrade my subscription from Standard to Medium because I want to be able to track more pages in Rank Tracker. Unfortunately, the product descriptions do not include how many pages you can track in Rank Tracker.

On page grades - quick question
My hardwood flooring client just added carpet, luxury vinyl, ceramic tile, area rugs, design, and ceramic tile to his lineup - joy, joy. He really thought the months and months of working together and creating a bunch of solid, original content and promoting it and building links and seeing great results for Hardwood Flooring means he would instantly rank well for ALL flooring. I digress, sorry. I am trying to understand the on page reports a little better. When I grade the new carpet page on his site for the keyword 'carpet' it comes back with an A - when I grade it for 'Carpet, city name' it comes back with an F. Which should I be targeting for best results? 95% of my clients are concerned about local results and not getting business other than within 20-30 miles of their office. Any guidance in understanding on how BEST to utilize the on page reporting would be greatly appreciated! (I did watch the video and check out the guide) Thank you in advance for your time! Matthew
