OSE Advanced Reports - behaving inconsistently
-
Yesterday, there was an error message on the Advanced Reports tab in OSE:
"Oops! It looks like our system is temporarily down. Please check back soon."
That cleared up after a couple of hours. After that, I ran an Advanced Report that I run on occasion, and it only returned 3500 links, whereas it normally returns around 23K. Since then, I've run the same report 9 times in total over the course of about 1 day, and each time the number of links keeps increasing. 3500, 10150, 21550, 25400, 28650, 35450, 37400, 38200, 50375.
I'm wondering what is happening? I want to do some evaluating of my backlinks, however I'd prefer to work on a "complete" list of links and the number of links keeps going up, when generating reports using the same criteria. When can I expect Advanced Reports to be "stable" where it's producing roughly the same number of links?
Also, I opened up a support ticket on this with Moz.com over 24 hours ago, and haven't received any response. I've updated the ticket 2 times now, but no response. Disappointing they are not responding to support tickets.
Thanks.

Hi there!
My name is Erin, and I'm on the Help Team here at Moz. Thanks for writing in to Q&A! I appologize that it took us so long to respond to your initial support email! We always aim to get back to folks as soon as we can, but we've been a little slammed lately. It looks like our amazing Mozzer Alliancer Annette followed up with you on Friday afternoon, and I'll be taking this request over from here. Our engineers are currently looking in to this. I'll follow up with you via email as soon as I have more information.
Cheers!
Erin

How to download full list of internal links properly with OSE?
Hi Moz Community, I am having issues getting a full list of my internal links when I go to the Open Site Explorer. When I export the internal links into excel, I am getting half of my URLs and 80% of what I am getting is absolutely crazy URLs that are super super old. Plus, these old URLs are not even showing in my campaign crawls. So the crawls themselves are different. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, since I am trying to get a full picture on the internal link structure of my site. Thanks!

Https in Top Pages Report
Our site migrated to https a year ago but when I ran the Top Pages report, it's listing only http URLs. 1. Why is it only listing http URLs? 2. I'm interested to see which ones 301 redirects to https and which are 200. How can I do this? Thanks!

Top Pages Report References URLs from a Different Domain
I am running a Top Pages Report using Open Site Explorer and it's returning that the top pages for examplesiteA.org are examplesiteB.com. Important to note that examplesiteA.org was a dormant domain for a few years. We recently purchased it and are in the process of reviving it. Has anyone experienced this before? Would this suggest that canonical link elements were put in place prior to it going dormant and that the top pages for this site are now assumed to be on examplesiteB.com?

Thousands of Missing Links in OSE Report
Hi there, Moz reports 70k+ external links pointing to my site but when I use the Open Site Explorer to export all links, I only see 9,000+ I have tried combining different combinations of fields ('this root domain', 'this subdomain', 'all links' etc) but can never see more than 9,000 links. My website does redirect to www. and have a couple of subdomains, the report for non www. only shows around 120 external links. We also use Ahrefs and the crawl reports here display 40k+ links (on the dashboard and when exported) which makes me believe the problem is not with my website but rather OSE. Any help is much appreciated, Thanks, Jason
