Acquiring the US Monthly Search for Specific Keywords

My client was handed a spreadsheet with Specific Keyword Data listing Competition (High/Medium/Low) and US Monthly Searches and wanted a similar spreadsheet generated for their industry keywords. Does anyone know how I can generate this data within Moz?

Are Keywords treated as Case Sensitive?

I am a new pro member and have noticed that a lot of my keywords are very similar. i.e. "piano movers Atlanta" vs. "Atlanta piano movers" vs. "piano movers in Atlanta" Is there an accurate way to see search counts for each of these terms do determine which one I should target? Google Webmaster Keyword Significance.
In my google webmaster tools the most significant keyword google attaches to my site is word 'VAT' as in, Value Added Tax. Followed by Basket. I can see why this is, as the word VAT and Basket is on every product page, but it really is not a keyword I want to target. Does this have any negative effect on other keywords I am targeting?
