It was kind of humorous, at first. It's now showing as returning organic traffic. Direct link to screencap from the original post:

Hi Alick,
You might find this article useful: http://moz.com/blog/how-to-stop-spam-bots-from-ruining-your-analytics-referral-data - the two options that are listed is blocking bot traffic using htaccess - or filter them in Analytics. If you check the link I gave you in my first answer - there are also some useful resources listed. Other resources can be found here: http://moz.com/community/q/google-analytics-referral-spam (and off course - just google "referral spam" - it's quite a popular subject)
Hope this helps

Thanks

Referral spam is getting out of control lately for all my clients' sites. I really hope Google can do something about it soon.

Got to love that referal spam!
I've not seen this one yet in my reports, kind of disappointing really :(.

Hi
it's an attempt to combine analytics spam & being funny. In each case you're not the only one - see this discussion posted yesterday : http://moz.com/community/q/analytics-spammer-can-haz-humors-who-else (the image is a bit better - the words are not in a foreign language, but are funny faces made in symbols)

Ok, the language seems Thai to, how do I know it? I am a Castle fan and just watched the recent episode of it J
Anyways, the reason why it is appearing is because someone is searching for these keywords and your website is appearing in the search results at his end. This could be a bot, a machine or may be a real human.
If the search number is one or few, you don’t really have to worry about it but if its in a decent amount like 10 or so in that case you should take preventive measure like check your security, as someone can try to hack your website or some other issues.
Why your website is appearing? Again many reasons, the kind of links pointing back to your website, one or few of them could be shady, the content you just shared went a lil more viral in other part of the world or several other reasons.
My idea is to do a bit more research about where this traffic is coming from, how often and what is the amount of traffic that you are receiving, how much time a people spend on the website when enter using this keyword and more.
Hope this helps!

Parked former company's url on top of my existing url and that URL is showing in SERPs for my top keywords
I have the URL from my former company parked on top of my existing URL. My top keywords are showing up with the old URL attached to the metadsecription of my existing URL. It was supposed to be 301 redirected instead of parked but my web developer insists this was the right way to do it and it will work itself out after google indexes the old URL out of existence. Are there any other options?

Meta description not showing as per view source on Google results
On our website recyclingbins.co.uk the meta decsription of the homepage under view source is - Recycling bins offers the largest range of recycling bins for schools, homes, offices and other venues. With free delivery on everything and lowest prices guaranteed.

But if you searched for our website in Google the meta description it shows is: Offers recycling binsfor offices, schools and the home. Someone has already suggested it must be cached. I do not think this could be possible as we are fairly regularly crawled and it has been like this for weeks and weeks. No one seems to have much idea. could you possibly share any light? I am not concerned from an SEO perspective, but more from a click through perspective.Thank youJon0 -
Showing duplicate content when I have canonical url set, why?
Just inspecting my sites report and I see that I have a lot of duplicate content issues, not sure why these two pages here http://www.thecheapplace.com/wholesale-products/Are-you-into-casual-sex-patch http://www.thecheapplace.com/wholesale-products/small-wholesale-patches-1/Are-you-into-casual-sex-patch are showing as duplicate content when both pages have a clearly defined canonical url of http://www.thecheapplace.com/Are-you-into-casual-sex-patch Any answer would be appreciated, thank you

Domain stuck at end of SERPs for main keywords
I'm trying to figure out why a site has been stuck at the end of the SERPs for almost a year. On August 5, 2011 the site went from getting 1,400 visits per day from Google down to 20 visits a day from Google. For the keywords it ranked on the first page for it went to the last page in the SERPs. With Panda and Penguin, it probably wouldn't rank like it used to, but it seems to be stuck in some sort of domain wide penalty that pins it to the end of the SERPs. Even when completely new content will show up at the end of the SERPs, which makes me think it's stuck in some sort of filter. Thanks in advance for any constructive ideas. Why do rankings show differentley when checked from different computers
When I check for keyword rankings directly in Google or Bing, I find relatively high ratings. when my client checks at his location, he gets another ranking, much lower. What accounts for the difference?

Strange duplicate url
From your csv report I have this strange issue. This url: elettrodomestici.yeppon.it/climatizzatori/condizionatori-fissi/prodotti/condizionatori-fissi-comfee/ it's a duplicate of this elettrodomestici.yeppon.it/climatizzatori/condizionatori-fissi/prodotti/condizionatori-fissi-comfee/ but the only url that I can see in the website is this one. Why the "-" is transalted some times in "%2D" referrer obviously is elettrodomestici.yeppon.it/climatizzatori/condizionatori-fissi/prodotti/condizionatori-fissi-comfee/solo-disponibili/ I have many duplicate url...Can you help me? Strange Top URLs for Keywords in Google Webmaster Tools
When we click on one of our keywords under the keywords section of Google Webmaster Tools it shows our top URLs for that keyword. The problem is that it is giving us some very strange URLs that we have searched high and low to try to find but we don't know where they came from. Here is a screenshot: http://bit.ly/pl6mB3 Do you know where this type of URL string could have originated and how to fix it?
