Howdy!
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately, we're not partnered with Hotfrog, so we aren't able to force them to share this information with us.We've checked Hotfrog's API, but if they're not showing that listing information to us, then there's no way for us to display the information within your Moz Local listing. So, the best thing I could recommend would be to contact Hotfrog directly, and ask them to make sure that the listing is fully visible to Moz

Thanks for try.

Hi there
That's odd - when I ran it through Moz Local it didn't find it. All of your information appears to be correct. This may be a Staff related question, so I would await there answer.
There is an opportunity to add your business here, but again, I would wait for a Moz staff member to chime in - you also don't want multiple listings. Sorry about that - I thought your issue would have been a quick fix!
Good luck!

Hey
What is your website? Mind if I take a look?
-
Everything is listed correctly.
-
Hi again
I'm sorry, I meant your HotFrog listing - "Is the listing linking to the right website and is all of the information listed correct?"
Sorry for the confusion!
-
It doesn't even show a link. 100% incomplete.

Hi there
Is the listing linking to the right website and is all of the information listed correct?
Take a look at these:

For whatever reason, Moz is finding issues with your listing. Take a look and see if you can spot check this listing (and others), and if you have the ability to update these, please do!
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Validating Google+ on Moz Local
Hello, On Moz Local it is showing up an incorrect google listing for the business I work for. In my actual Google account there is only one Google listing and it is correct but this correct version doesn't appear on Moz Local. I have followed the criteria to meet your google listing so I am confused in what to do. Many thanks,

Incorrect client zip code in Moz Local
I have a client that I am pushing citations through Moz Local for. The business zip code in Moz is listed as 80111 and should be 80110. I have verified that the zip is correct on both Google My Business and Facebook. I'm not finding any duplicate Google pages either. Any Idea why this wouldn't push back to Moz Local?

What are the listings (citations) when you use Moz Local?
How do I find what the actual listings are when using Moz Local? Â I want to add more citations for my clients and don't want to create duplicates. _There are five main aggregators of location data that send information to local search engines: Infogroup, Neustar Localeze, Acxiom, and Factual and Foursquare. Â Is the info we are giving in Moz Local_* In the Dashboard...it show that "35 listings reach". but what are the actual listings? Do I need to use Whitespark to see what the actual listings are? Â Currently right now, I can only see like 18 listings. Any insight? Regards, Benny

I can't add a new listing to Moz Local
Hi, Ive been trying to add new listings for two clients to Moz Local for four days now. They each have their own login, so I don't believe it is an account issue. I have rebooted, tried different browsers, cleared cache, and even tried a different computer, all to no avail. Here's what happens... I login and click on Add Listing. I search for the business, select the best result and then I just get a bouncing map pin. It never goes any further.

Moz Local Verification
Why is it that when I submit a listing on Moz Local sometimes it does not pull up my Facebook page to verify and only tries to use the Google+, or vise versa? In this particular instance i want it to use the Facebook page because it has all the correct information and the Google+ page is not, but since the Google+ page has a different name it will not verify and let my listing go through. But it matches everything exactly on the Facebook page but is not even pulling up Facebook to option, instead it wants me to change the name of my business which is not correct.

Fixing Duplicate Listings in Factual
Hey everyone, One our business listings is cited as having a duplicate listing in Factual in Moz Local. When you click on the "Fix Duplicate" button in Moz Local, it gives you a mailto: link that emails the Data Contributions team at Factual. I tried sending this team an email and received an automated response that read: "Thank you for your interest in Factual. We have partnered with a select group of Trusted Data Contributors (TDCs) to add, update, and manage business listings in Factual. We are no longer accepting contributions via email; instead, please work with one of our TDCs directly to update your data within Factual. The full list along with contact information can be found here:Â http://developer.factual.com/trusted-data-contributors/." So I'm caught in kind of a loop here. Am I just supposed to wait for Moz Local to push the correct data to Factual while Moz Local thinks that I'm able to fix it manually? Any and all suggestions and help is appreciated. Thanks,
