On site issues after Magento 2 launch

We did a new site launch on Feb 7th this year - www.vesternet.com
It changed from Magento 1 to Magento 2. We had some launch issues around SEO but now we've solved most every crawler issue in Moz reporting - according to Moz we're in better shape on-site than ever.
But our organic search is just dropping daily - we expected a drop after launch then back to normal, but over 2 months on something just isn't right.
A good example, on Google UK for keyword 'home automation' we've always been about position 10, but now we're out the top 50...
Forget about off site for now - what's wrong with our site itself to have caused this?
Can anyone help with insights please as this is killing our sales

It'll be tough for anyone to tell you without auditing your particular website what's likely up here.
If you have seen a gradual drop, there could be a confounding factor afoot - UX issues, for example, are often behind otherwise unexplained organic traffic trends. Page speed is sometimes an issue with Magento - was there any negative impact on performance in the upgrade?
If the drop has been site-wide and gradual, I'd suspect it's something related to UX/user interactions that is causing the drop. If it was sudden, it's more likely (but not necessarily) a technical issue. Looking at traffic across page types can sometimes help narrow your scope.
Again, it's tough to say without looking at your particular site and performance data, and even then, I'm afraid, the answer may prove elusive.

It may be that the migration has not been done correctly. Magneto took out a pdf with instructions for successful migration. Have you done this or have you used another manual?

How do I fix my portfolio causing duplicate content issues?
Hi, Im new to this whole duplicate content issue. I have a website, fatcatpaperie.com that I use the portofolio feature in Wordpress as my gallery for all my wedding invitations. I have a ton of duplicate content issues from this. I don't understand at all how to fix this. I'd appreciate any help! Below is an example of one duplicate content issue. They have slightly different names, different urls, different images and all have no text. But are coming up as duplicates. Would it be as easy as putting a different metadescription for each?? Include Site Name in Page Titles or not
i would like to ask if it is a good practice or not to Include Site Name in Page Titles. My page is not selling products it is about plagiarism checker tool. i will give one example in one page we are writing about the plagiarism types so the page title is plagiarism types and then is the site name. what is the better practice? On Site Question: Duplicate H2...
Hi All A few on-site audit tools pull information on duplicate H2 tags on pages. This implies it's a bad thing and should be fixed - is that the case? On one of my sites the tag-line is in H2 in the header, so appears on every page... Just wondering if this is something worth fixing. Thanks

SEO audit on a beta site
HI there, Is there much point conducting an SEO site audit on a site that has not yet launched and is protected behind a login? Presumably none of the usual SEO tools (Moz, Screaming Frog etc) can crawl this site becuase it is all locked behind a login. Would it be better to launch it and then do a site audit? Thanks

Random /feed 404 error from a wordpress site
My Moz Analytics report shows a 404 error on a page which I think should not exist at all. The URL is http://henryplumbingco.com/portfolio-item/butler-elementary/feed/. When I checked webmaster tools, it looks like there are a number of random /feed urls throwing 404 errors. I am using WordPress and the Enfold theme. Anyone know how to get rid of these errors? Duplicate content on partner site
I have a trade partner who will be using some of our content on their site. What's the best way to prevent any duplicate content issues? Their plan is to attribute the content to us using rel=author tagging. Would this be sufficient or should I request that they do something else too? Thanks
