Links with high spam scores - how to delete?

A number of sites that link to mine have high spam score.
I went to Google console to disavow them but they don't appear in the console.
How can I get rid of these?

So in order to disavow a link you'll need to login to Search Console, head to this link, choose your canonical domain from the list, and then upload a list of links to be disavowed.

I'd recommend trying to remove the links manually first by contacting the webmasters.
You should only disavow links if you are sure they are impacting your website, make sure to read Google's guidelines on the subject very carefully first: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2648487?hl=en

Spammy links
Hi Guys, I have a case which seems to occur more often for our customers. The websites of our customers seem to receive tons of backlinks from websites all over the world (China, Russia, Ukrain, etc). It’s spam we never asked for, we didn’t buy any dodgy linkbuilding packages or anything. Do any of you guys have experience with this matter? We try to disavow the links but it takes too much time and we will never manage to disavow 100% of all links. Examples are www.keukensduitsland.nl and www.m2beveiliging.nl Hope anyone has experience and maybe even solutions for this matter. Thanks!

Link spam outranking me... how and why?!
Can anyone tell me why compertors doing this kind of spam is outranking me? http://boatingblog.discoverboating.com/dfennewald/archive/2009/08/31/discover-boating-becomes-a-chicago-sun-times-headliner.aspx One of my main competitors also has links in the footer of: http://www.cricketlinks.net/default.asp?country=SA This one competitor has nearly 2000 links coming from just 8 root domains. Will removing a 301 re-direct from an old spammed URL drop the links from our profile?
Essentially there is an old page that has been the target of an old school link building agency. There is a 301 re-direct from the old page to the newer version. if I drop the 301 re-direct and update our sitemaps. Will those links be removed from our profile? The old URL passes nothing in actual value & a link building campaign has been running on the new page for over a year.

A link with "return false"- OSE sees as a No Followed Link
Hello, I couldn't find a clear answer to the impact on SEO for a link written in this way: [" class="expert_info" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">](w</span>ww.yourwebsite.com<span style=) [Does the "return false" act as a "no follow"? I came across this in our link data in Open Site Explorer which lists these links all as "no follows." However, an engineer I spoke to said that it shouldn't impact search engine behavior. Any ideas? It seems my affiliate link: http://www.hrmsplugins.com?partners=21 is not being considered as a "root domain" backlink when this link is used on their website. Is there a reason for this?

Link Pharming
My company has been using an SEO company for a while and have built up our pagerank to a 6. However, we have noticed that they're involved in link pharming - they're buildng extra websites and linking to our site on them. We are not happy with this as we know it will only be a matter of time before Penguin hits us. The contract with the SEO company is coming up for renewal soon and we're thinking of cancelling it. However, we are not sure if the company will delete all our backlinks, which will probably decrease our PageRank too. Has anyone here ever had a similar experience? What did the SEO company do when you cancelled the contract? Does anyone here work for an SEO company and what do you do when someone cancels your service?

How Are Competitor's With Zero Links (According to SEOmoz) Ranking Highly?
Hey everyone! This is my first post in the community after just signing up for SEOmoz. I've already got a ton of value from this community so I'm looking for to giving back as much as possible. The keyword gets 8000+ monthly searches on Google. Not so many, but the keyword indicates high buying intention. The funny thing is that the top ranking page has 0 backlinks (according to OSE). It seems as though there are some black hat tactics being used, as I doubt that they are ranking solely with on-page optimization. Any idea what's going on? Have you guys/gals seen this before?

Many competitor's backlinks are in content anchor links. Ho do I get these same links?
Hi I managed to open up OSE. I'm finding that much of the competition's backlinks are in content anchor text links. Am I supposed to get backlinks from these same pages using the same anchor text but linking back to my page or is that allowed? If so, how do I get these in content blog post links? Thanks. Sunil.
