In Moz Campaigns, how are competitor domains tracked if they redirect their site?
-
Hello! One of our competitors (Company A) that we've tracked in Moz for a long time recently merged with another company (Company B) and redirected their whole site to Company B's site. Will our competitor tracking still work as-is? Or do we need to make an adjustment?
I'm reluctant to delete Company A from our competitor tracking, because we will lose all of that data. But if all of the keywords are slowly going to drop off as Google starts showing Company B results only, it may be the only option.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hey there!
You would want to update the domain for the competitor in campaign settings. We recommend pulling any reports you would like to keep on your historical competitors, as once those are updated, the old competitor data is lost.
Hope that helps to clarify, let me know if you have further questions.

Page Optimization problem in Moz
Hello there, I've been using Moz Pro for a year now, and encountered I've encountered small issues here and there (like some features not working currently, but they start working after a few hours tops) but now I have a bigger issue. Page Optimization feature stopped working and it's dead for five days now. Even my older research is gone. (check the images) Anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? It says that the crawler is blocked or the page isn't working, and when I check the pages in other platforms with crawlers it all goes smooth. All of the pages are working, and all of the crawlers (tested even in Google console) are doing fine. I even had the Moz crawler on 04.07.2019 as the standard week crawl and I got the results. Everything else is working just fine, I have a problem with the Page Optimization feature only. Thanks in advance, Ivan Ga4LKkQ

Links and images in custom css are not recognised by Moz Toolbar or Yoast plugin
Hi, I am building a website in Wordpress and when checking the pages through Moz toolbar or Yoast plugin, I notice that these don't recognise the internal links in custom CSS and the images neither. Here some code to clarify how it is built: [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][ultimate_heading main_heading="Veldrijden" alignment="left" main_heading_margin="margin-bottom:20px;"][/ultimate_heading][vc_single_image image="6497" img_size="full" onclick="custom_link" link="http://k488239.hosting.kinamo.be/activiteiten/veldrijden/"][vc_btn title="Meer info" color="mulled-wine" align="left" link="url:http%3A%2F%2Fk488239.hosting.kinamo.be%2Factiviteiten%2Fveldrijden%2F|||"][/vc_column] The links are embedded in images and in 'More info' buttons. Also the internal links in the main website navigation are not recognised, but the normal a href links are recognised. For the images it is a little different: the alt text from the images gets recognised by Moz, but Yoast says there are no images on the page. The only thing I can think of that there is no 'a href' in the links and for the images that it has something to do with the page builder. Can this effect my SEO results? Thanks.

Significant difference with DA scores on Moz Chrome app VS Website Tool
I saw a big difference between DA scores on Moz Chrome app VS Website Tool. Which DA score is the correct one? I personally believe the scores on Moz's site is most accurate. Do you happen to have issues syncing the scored to your Chrome app? Chrome App VS. Moz Research Tool (https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/)

Moz crawl sees meta description but there are none
I have a new site I have run a starter crawl on. The crawl came back saying some of the pages do indeed have meta descriptions. When I go to the same page and use the Moz Chrome toolbar it says they do not have meta descriptions. I also know they do not have meta descriptions. Are there any instances in which the Moz crawler would see them when they are not there?
