Semantic keywords
-
Hi All
I hope someone could share their experience with dealing with semantic keywords.
My website offers SEO services in the area of Basel and ranks for the major keywords on the first page. However, I recently created another page that should rank for "SEO-Agentur Basel" and the URL is making its way to the results.
As I haven't set any canonical page yet and as I don't want my website to rank from the homepage anymore but rather get more traffic and high ranking from this URL. What would be your suggestion when it comes to semantic keywords for "SEO Basel"?
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
Cheers! -
To optimize your new page for "SEO-Agentur Basel" and improve its ranking and visibility, consider the following suggestions:

Content Optimization: Create high-quality, informative content that incorporates your target keywords naturally. Ensure that the content addresses the specific needs and interests of your target audience in Basel.
On-Page SEO: Optimize the new page's meta tags, including the title tag, meta description, and headings, to include your target keywords. Also, optimize image alt attributes and internal linking structure.
Local SEO Optimization: Implement local SEO strategies, such as optimizing your Google My Business listing with accurate business information, including your target keyword, and obtaining local backlinks from authoritative local websites

Will SEO Blogs Divert Traffic from Main Web pages using same keywords?
Our company has drafted several SEO blogs using certain keywords. If we post these SEO blogs to our website and social media channels , and the blog keywords are also used on our main website pages, will the blogs divert or dilute traffic to our main web pages? Thank you for your expertise and insights in advance.

Followed all on-page rules no listing for target keyword :(
Hey guys, long time Moz user, first time forum asker. I recently went all out and tried to create above and beyond blog content, while also making sure to keep it SEO friendly. The page is indexed but does not show anywhere at all for the target keyword. Here is my article URL below. http://blog.storitz.com/2016/04/75-moving-tips-preparing-packing-beyond/ I checked it on the onpage ranker on MOZ and got a B. Here are some theories on maybe why it's not ranking at all. It got knocked for keyword stuffing. Although my page has tons of content and the keyword density is at a reasonable rate, I still used the keyword 22 times. Another is my wordpress automatically set my robots tag to "Noodp". Wanted to get some feedback and see if there is anything you guys might have some insight into before I start making adjustments here. Appreciate it in advanced!

My keywords have low search volume - is it still worth starting a blog?
I'm thinking of starting a new blog, but when I did my keyword research I found that my keywords all have low search volume (under 100 searches per month, with the occasional keyword having 480 searches a month). Is this a deal breaker? Any recommendations would be great - thanks everyone!

Seo benefits to keywords other than specifically targeted?
Im a photographer. Im interested in starting a blog on my site with articles relating to photography advise, tips, recommendations, etc... Will traffic to those posts help my serp rankings to terms i wouldnt specifically target in them? Say local terms such as my city wedding photographer? I know the blog posts would help others, and help give me industry authority, but i would like it if in addition it helps drive my local target market to my site. Thoughts?
