The code provided should have worked. Let me look into it some more. Also, if you don't mind what is the actual domain name?

Yes, you can easily do this with an .htaccess file, here is the code:

RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(.*)/$ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domain.com/$1/ [L,R=301]

Just replace "domain.com" with your proper url for your site. This should be all that is needed.

great question. The obvious choice here is to use the sentence that makes the most sense which would be "Stained Concrete in Virginia etc.." You should avoid the odd and confusing sentences because it will lead to a bad user experience, resulting in low conversions, regardless of the rank perks you will receive.

Come to think about it, I really don't see too much of a disadvantage on using 'Stained Concrete in Virginia etc.."  because, generally, search engines typically pick out irrelevant keywords like: "the, in, a, of" automatically and only concentrate on keywords it sees relevant.

I know coming up with different word variations can be difficult but try playing with the words that relate to your audience to give you more options (e.g. Stained Concrete for Virgina Homes) of even using your business locations for a more targeted search (e.g. [City name], Va stained concrete).

It seems like you already have the basic idea on ranking in another country, like changing the language and getting links from websites with the relevant country location and suffix (e.g. .uk .fr). This will obviously be a great starting point. Some other things I would consider are:

-website contact address, number,  etc.

-host location, IP address.

While SirMax has good advice, the term 'Web 2.0' doesn't necessarily encompass sharing and collaboration. When something is referred to as 'Web 2.0' they generally mean how the webpage looks. For example, gradients, glossy buttons, and icons all are considered Web 2.0 ish.

In short, Web 2.0 is the design elements that the webpage uses. HTML 5 on the other hand is the foundation or structure of the underlying content. It establishes the meaning behind the content.

In other words, they have very little to do with each other (one is presentation, the other is structure). All Template Monster is trying to say is this 'we have modern website templates' =}
