Site Stucture Advice - Keyword Dillema

I am creating a new site and am looking for some advice on how to structure the site
Using Google's keyword search tool it seems like I have a dilemma in that about 50% of the keyword pairs are contained in 10 keyword pairs that are similar
The first two pairs have about 49% of the traffic and only differ between plural / singular, not quite sure how to handle that, or if google has a method to make these more or less synonomous
The last 8 pairs are roughly similar in distribtuion
As an example (not my case, just for visualization)
Mountain Bike Classes
Mountain Bike Instruction
Mountain Bike Workshops
Mountain Bike Training
Etc ... which all more or less give the same results (yes some difference but they all deal with learning how to ride a mountain bike, again this is not my exact case, don't care a whit about mountain bikes
I don't see giving each of those kinds of pairs their own page since the content would be pretty much the exact same, making it substantially different would also be problematic (if I am thinking about this correctly)
I have a clean slate to work with from a site perspective so I am wondering how people here would, or better yet have handled similar situations

The mountain bike examples were just for illustration, the actual keywords are different than described but the principle is the same.
Actually I did use PPC research, and they pretty much bring up the same content (slight, very slight variations but in general they could be considered the exact same market segment )
So I guess other than splitting the results I will just grab the top performer that I think I have the best chance at getting good results with and maybe PPC the others if it makes economic sense.

Singular and plural are (more or less) synonymous.
Regarding your main question, I would try to make sure that there was no subtle difference in user intent that you might have missed.
To use the example that you give someone looking for "mountain bike training" might be more interested in formal training than someone looking for "mountain bike workshops" while someone seeking "mountain bike instruction" might only want to attend a single session . It might even be worth testing some theories out using PPC.
You could also consider branching off slightly from the keyword tool's suggestions. Again using the example you give you could create a page about mountain bike instructors - possibly optimising it to the term "mountain bike instruction", using it to write relevant content but with a significantly different angle to your other pages and also as a way to build relationships with the community of mountain bike instructors.

Is this keyword stuffing or best practice?
I'm a psychotherapist here in California. Its common practice for people to say "counseling and therapy" on their websites. Although the two are technically different, most people consider them to be synonyms. Do you think google would consider this practice to be keyword stuffing? Also, I am making a page for the forms I need people to fill out before they see me. Do you think it is bad to list links to the forms like this:

Keyword Stuffing unintentionally
I have a situation and would love some options. We have a site where we sell a product and lets cal it dog collars. The home page will not rank for its main term. Renetly the site was redesigned and the Url structure was re-optimized so that it was not so complex. However, we have 500 products and a dozen categories which all include dog collars as keyword. The products are all dog collar singular or collars plural in the url. So lets say ".com/red-dog-collar" and ".com/blue-dog-collar" then ".com/large-dog-collar" and the categoreies like "classic-dog-collars" and etc. So its very hard to not put the word dog collar into every single product because thats what it is. Whats hapening is that the menu is linking to each of these categories and the home page is linking to a dozen or more products which all include the word dog collar or dog collars in the URL. The actual text/content is a good ration. But the source code as stated above shows the main term 150 times. Not exact, but phrase match for those adwords gurus out there. Thus the page does not rank for its terms and instead google is choosing another internal pages which is relevant. Atleast i think thats why the page does not rank for its term, which it once ranked very high against some major competitors. How on earth do i fix this without removing products and tags and all these links from the home page? Or should i not worry about this and find another reason why this page is not ranking for the term it should be ranking for. The backlink profile is not over optmized by the way. Either is internal anchor text links. Thank you

Linking Out To External Sites
Hi, All If I have created a (website, logo, email campaign) for a client and written an article about it with screen shots on my website and link to them with a (do-follow) link how does Google see the (do-follow) link? Regards to the sites they have one link in the footer on the home page, which is a (do-follow) back to our site. Also, the websites are not in my Niche.

Integrate a blog within an existing site
Hello everyone! I work on a website of a very small company and so far no one has ever implemented (not even thought about) a proper content strategy. The only content on the site are products description. Through Analytics I discovered lots of opportunities and topics to be covered which would massively increase the traffic, increase the engagement and (hopefully) sales. Problem is that I don't really know how to integrate a blog into the existing site; my first thought was wordpress What is the best way to do it?

Site Architecture: How do I best Optimize for Similar Keywords?
Hello Moz Community! I'm really struggling trying to decide on an improved site architecture. I run an online proofreading & editing website. This leaves us targeting many different niche keywords. For example: blog editing/proofreading, essay editing/proofreading, book editing/proofreading, resume... you get the point. I feel like editing & proofreading are similar enough to target on the same page(s). However, the issue is that I'm also having to deal with what I'm calling derivative keywords. For example, when I try to optimize for 'essay editing/proofreading', I also have to think about: paper editing, paper editor, paper correction, edit my paper, etc. I would have no problem optimizing the page for 'essay editing' in the title, H1, etc. and then targeting these words as secondary keywords within the body text, etc., however, I keep thinking 'a large slice of a small pie is better than a small slice of a big one.' You see, the keyword 'essay correction' has only about one-third the monthly searches as 'essay editing', but it is 50% less competitive. The same is loosely true for the rest of the 'derivative' keywords. I'd have no problem building specific pages for these derivative keyword groups, however, I'm very concerned how this would effect my site from a user experience perspective. I don't want to have a master "services" page with links to book editing, resume editing, essay editing, etc. and then also show paper editing, essay correction, etc. To me, this would be confusing... "What's the difference between essay editing and paper editing?". Any guidance is much appreciated. This has got my head spinning! Thanks!

How to make google not index quotes from other sites?
Hey guys, I have a site where we post quite a lot of info from other sites. We don't want google to de-index our pages because parts of it are quotes from other sites. What would you use to make it so Google sees it's a quote from another site? Or to just make Google not index the quote? Thanks!

Title Keyword Question
I'm writing up keywords for new pages on a website. There are a number of variations on the way we can say what we're looking for, and I don't want to post the specific keywords but I'll give an example using fruits. Let's say I want to optimize for Granny Smith apples, McIntosh apples, Jonathan apples, etc. Could my title be Apples - Granny Smith, McIntosh, Jonathan and my page will come up when someone searchs "Granny Smith apples" or "McIntosh apples" etc. or do the words have to be repeated in order. Obviously I will also be repeating these in the description and on the page I'm optimizing. Thanks!

Continuous variation of a keyword
Lords, on a site i have optimization job, a specific keyword, for over 5 months, ranging from 7 to +100 position. One day the keyword is there, beautiful on the first page, and another day disappear. I do not understand why this happens, someone has something happened? I can not stabilize it, and is one of the most important for this client. I live in tension, in the morning the first thing I do is search to see whether the keyword is. Obviously it did in the first 2 months, then relaxed as she always comes back : ) Anyone have any idea what might be happening?
