I recently created a google + page (personal and business) but notice that while I can create circles for my personal page the business page does not work the same way. Is there a good reference for making more effective use of this new social platform?

Google Plus has changed big time since this post but to help anyone looking. You can now circle, "friend" and use your business page just like a personal profile.

Google Places and Google Local
I am pretty confused about how the difference between Google Local, Places and Business Pages. I created a Google+ Page and have about 800 followers. https://plus.google.com/100975632641377061238 To control our listing on Google Maps and what shows up on the right side of a Google Search, which includes a map and business hours I had to create a Google Local page. Now this page only shows we have 4 followers. https://plus.google.com/110649807298590030594 Is there any way to combine the two?

Lost with Google services: place, Google +, page, youtube ...?
Hello MOoooooooooooooz ! Sorry to add another post on this. But I think most of us agree on the fact that for Google +, Google is not making very good job. Even worst when we know how low is the engagement on this website. Now I'm facing the following issue: Multi page and accounts through Google services ! One of my customer is playing music. So she has a google + profil and a youtube. Now we created the same for her website: A google page and then a google place (Google team has been sending hundred of messages and so far has not merge them). Then I opened a youtube for the Google Page. So i end up with: A Google + Profil for her (we use for the authorship) A Goole + profil for her website (we use for the SEO) A Google place page (we use for maps SEO) A youtube account for her (come with gmail) A youtube channel for her (easier to promote her job) A youtube channel automatically created through the Google + page (2) What would you do in this case to: Get 1 Google page Get 1 youtube channel I would like something easy to use even for youtube download or reviews and sharing. So I do not know which one to keep, etc ... Hope you can help me as I'm sure many of us faced the same issue.

Why is Google+ so confusing?
I have to update my data in 3 separate place is there anyway to just update one area and it filters into all required places. I have a 1)Google+ places page 2)Google+ profile page, what I would expect others to use for my business 3)Google+ page seems to be the one I should be using for my business? Anyone seen a good guide on Google+ ?

Google+ Business page just not showing :-(
Good morning from Pollen level moderate wetherby UK pass me another Benadryl Plus wetherby UK Having jumped into the world of Google plus my objective was to create a business page that would appear when the Google+ serp is clicked on. Unfortunately my labour & toil has not paid off 😞 Having created a Google+ business page & set it to default ( I think ) it still points to the vanilla Google+ page. How do I find out the total number of Google +1's my website has?
I can't for the life of me figure how to see the total number of Google +1's my site has. Yes, I've tried Webmaster Tools, but it only shows +1's from the past 30 days. All days prior to that are grayed out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Open Graph Tags Being Spidered By Google?
Do Facebook Open Graph tags get spidered by Google? I have a site I'm looking at and they've implemented these tags on the entire site, but with the same title and description on every page. I'm assuming if you use these tags, give each page their own unique tags. But do these have an effect on rankings at all? Does googlebot see them and take them into account?
