I just heard back from the help desk. They got your question a couple of hours ago, and just responded to it. I'll let them continue this conversation with you through the help desk.

I meant the help desk ticketing system (zendesk) was having problems this morning, and could be why you're having a little bit of a delayed response from them.

Hi Keri.
Thanks, I also read this article I have everything they mention there ok!
The glitches you mantion are related to the crawl?
Regards
Alex

The help desk usually gets back to you fairly quickly, though there were a couple of software glitches earlier this morning with it. This post from the help desk may also address your situation: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/entries/409821-why-isn-t-my-site-being-crawled-you-only-crawled-one-page

How to remove 404 pages wordpress
I used the crawl tool and it return a 404 error for several pages that I no longer have published in Wordpress. They must still be on the server somewhere? Do you know how to remove them? I think they are not a file on the server like an html file since Wordpress uses databases? I figure that getting rid of the 404 errors will improve SEO is this correct? Thanks, David

No Crawl data in dashboard
For the second straight week, I have had no crawl data in my dashboard. It seems like the crawler erased all my results in the pro dashboard. Is there a way to manually recrawl my site, since I will have to wait another week to see if it comes back to earth? Thanks

Crawl Errors from URL Parameter
Hello, I am having this issue within SEOmoz's Crawl Diagnosis report. There are a lot of crawl errors happening with pages associated with /login. I will see site.com/login?r=http://.... and have several duplicate content issues associated with those urls. Seeing this, I checked WMT to see if the Google crawler was showing this error as well. It wasn't. So what I ended doing was going to the robots.txt and disallowing rogerbot. It looks like this: User-agent: rogerbot Disallow:/login However, SEOmoz has crawled again and it still picking up on those URLs. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!

Crawl Diagnostics Report Lacks Information
When I look at the crawl diagnostics, SEOMoz tells me there are 404 errors. This is understandable, because some pages were removed. What this report doesn't tell me is how those pages were discovered. This is a very important piece of information, because it would tell me there are links pointing to those pages, either internal or external. I believe the internal links have been removed. If the report told me how if found the link, I would be able to take immediate action. Without that information, I have to go so a lot of investigation. And when you have a million pages, that isn't easy. Some possibilities: The crawler remembered the page from the previous crawl. There was a link from an index page - i.e. it is in the database still There was an individual link from another story - so now there are broken links Ditto, but it in on a static index page The link was from an external source - I need to make a redirect Am I missing something, or is this a feature the SEO Moz crawler doesn't have yet? What can I do (other than check all my pages) to discover this?
