Hi Martin,
Thanks for writing in and sorry for any confusion. I took a look at your campaigns and I do see that your On-Page reports seems to be working, so I'm afraid I'll need more information to look into the issue. Can you please let me know the keyword and URL combination that you are having issues with? If you would like to keep your campaign information confidential, please let me know and I will create a ticket in our email support system for you.
I look forward to hearing back soon.

Duplicate Content & Rel Canonical Tag not working
I'm really questioning the legitimacy of the duplicate content flags with moz. I'm building a website that sells home decor products and a lot of the pages are similar in structure (As would be expected with a store that sells thousands of individual products). It seems a little overkill to me to flag the following pages as duplicate content. They have different urls, titles, h1, h2, and h3 tages, different meta tags, etc. Right now, it's saying that the following have duplicate page content: http://www.countryporchhomedecor.com

http://countryporchhomedecor.com/park-designs/rag-rugs/redmon-rag-rug-36x6 Any ideas? Also, it seems like it's not honoring the rel-canonical tag. It keeps saying that pages with a rel canonical tag are duplicates when some of the urls that it's flagging shouldn't even be indexed because of the canonical tag. Moz campaign works around my robots.txt settings
My robots.txt file looks like this: User-agent: * Disallow: /*? Disallow: /search So, it should block (deindex) all dynamic URLs. If I check this url in Google: site:http://www.webdesign.org/search/page-1.html?author=47 Google tells me: A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt – learn more. So far so good. Now, I ran a Moz SEO campaign and I got a bunch of duplicate page content errors. One of the links is this one: http://www.webdesign.org/search/page-1.html?author=47 (the same I tested in Google and it told me that the page is blocked by robots.txt which I want) So, it makes me think that Moz campaigns check files regardless of what robots.txt say? It’s my understanding User-agent: * should forbid Rogerbot from crawling as well. Am I missing something?

Why don't Google+ URL's work in OSE?
Is there any reason why Google+ URLs does not work in OSE? Is it just that it is a secure URL or is there something bigger there? Why? Be cool to determine every website the person has been published on; especially if it is rel="author" verified. Jeff

Social Media Monitoring not working
Hi there, Anyone having problems with the Blogscape Social Media Monitoring tool or is it just me?
Moz Pro | | lenineto
I've tried it in 3 different browsers (Safari, Firefox and Chrome) but all show the same thing: a white rectangle (where I supposed it would be a graph). If I type anything on the box at the top and hit enter, the text box gets emptied. Typing something and then changing the time (from 2 weeks to 1 month, for example), produces no result. Thanks Leni Neto0 -
Onpage Optimization Tool - Optimize it? :)
I've been using your on-page optimization tool allot lately, I must say it simply is a great checklist to run a page through and it forces you to think about it a bit more and you notice stuff that you might otherwise have overlooked (read forgot) . But! ('cause there's always a but..) I have noticed a few issues: it could be optimized to recognize plural endings, given this is a hard one since there's allot of languages.. but It would be awesome if it did.. right? (just like the SE's do) I would be more then willing to help with the Danish. Since you already specify what version of google you wanna target eg: ".DK" it might not be all that hard to implement plural? now that we are mentioning other languages.. It would be equally sweet if it would see the correlation between Ø and OE, Å and ÅÅ and so on.. (scandinavian chars for those of you who don't know) again the SE's do For German letters I expect (not sure though, I'm not German, I speak it a bit though, so if your German feel free to correct me 🙂 that the SE's would see the letter Ö as an OE.. Ü as UE, Ä as an AE and so on. Why is the above important? well because that many still use those versions of the letters in URL's. Even though all browsers/mail clients now a'days are able to understand punycode.
