Google+ and YouTube are important social media networks for several of our clients. Are you planning to add them soon? Thank you.

Facebook Ads Frequency Setting in Ad Set

Hello Guys, I have something which annoyes me already a long time with FB Ads. When you set up a campaign and an ad set and you have in your ad set 3 different ads (which makes totally sense to test them against each other) facebook is deciding really often way too early which ad might be the best ad. Often the algorithm starts to prefer one ad already after a few hundred impressions and the other ads are not getting any impressions any more. I cannot find an option like in Google Adwords that just all Ads are shown the same amount of times and that I can decide then on my own which ad I prefer to run. Unfortunately I cannot find anywhere an option to disable this 'auto-optimization' and I didn't find anyhting in the web as well. Would be pretty happy if someone can help me with this problem! Will subtitling Youtube video Be worthwhile?

We've been thinking that maybe it would be beneficial in terms of SEO to supply our YouTube videos with CC / subtitles. Unfortunately, this is very time consuming, so we would like to know, basically, if it's worthwhile. Does any of you have any expectations or even experience with this, you'd like to share with us?

Fetch for Google

Hi there! A short question from Holland: My developers made a mistake with a template on a subpage in Wordpress. When Google crawled my site again, Google found an empty page. The same day we loosed our #1 position on the main keyword and now we are on position #6. We restored the page the same day and asked Google to recrawl the page again (fetch for Google). But 48 hours later nothing changed. When I look in the cache date' the page still has the old date, while my competition has a newer cache date. We send some traffic to the page and did some facebook post on this page. Does anybody knows how to kickstart this page again?

How do search engines understand what social pages are official pages of my brand? If my Facebook page name is not my brand name (even though there are links from website to page and vice-versa) will that confuse search engines?

My question is about social shares, and how search engines understand what profiles are linked to what businesses?

Google+ I set up a profile as my business a while back. Should I change to a page NOW?

A while back, can't remember when, I set up a profile page under my business name. It has recently started picking up a bit of momentum but I am concerned it is not in line with Google's policy and will eventually get removed. I don't want to invest any more effort into this profile if this is likely so am looking at moving my efforts to a page. Any ideas / recommendations? Thanks,

CSVs From Social Export are Blank

Hi everyone, I'm exporting social metrics as CSV's, but the CSV's don't have any data. This is happening with both the dashboard and the Facebook reports. There is plenty of data, it's just not exporting to the report. What could be going on? Thanks.

Social Media Plugins advice - Google+ Pages - what is best for SEO?

I'm seeking some social media plugin advice, in relation to SEO. This may not be possible to answer yet, or ever? But it could be worth a discussion. As far as i can see, there are two main forms of plugins (taking facebook as an example): 1 that directly connects a user to your brand page on said platform (eg like us on facebook) 1 that allows a user to 'like', 'share', 'recommend' the page that you are on as a sign of respect and/or sharing content For a home page, I am confused as to which one to use, without filling out the whole page with plugins. One objective is to increase fan numbers, the other is to increase content sharing, and possibly SEO? I've noticed that Google has been returning some personalised results based on mine, or my google+ connections +1's. So to the question... Do you think having more fans on the new Google Pages for business accounts will improve SEO to the same, if not higher weighting than a +1 does? and therefore is it more important to get more brand page followers, or +1's of the homepage?
