Exact match and Bing

Hi Folks
Fairly new to SEO and had two questions;
1- I have an SEO group doing work for us on a particular keyword, for the site http://bluetea.com.au/ .... however i've noticed that we only rank for the exact match of the keyword we ask them to work on... never a variation or even the plural .... Any thoughts?
2- http://bluetea.com.au/ has been around for almost 2 years however we still have absolutely no presence in Bing / Yahoo.... what am I missing.. any tips? Articles I must read?
Thank you in advance

Ali, my friend it seems someone is trying to do some negative SEO. First of all, by all means try and stop the guy/s from doing this. Next, try to contact the respective webmasters to have those rogue links removed. Then, use the Disavow tool in Google webmaster tools account and submit a request with proper documentation and details.
For more info about disavow: https://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2648487
Good luck.
Best regards,
Devanur Rafi.

Hi Ali,
Your ranking is directly related to your content, on-page optimization and off-page optimization (link popularity). So if you want your pages start ranking for different variations of a keyword, you should be adding content related to these variations (each page targeting one keyword / phrase), you should be doing the on-page optimization keeping the emphasis on the targeted term for that page and placing it in places like title, description, H1 and other heading tags (H1 is recommended and others are optional), page's content (along with few tightly related variations to the targeted term. The keyword density can be around 1% in the article content of the page i.e. excluding to the term present in the other crawlable content like, the meta information, image attributes etc), in the anchor text of your internal links, in the image names, image titles, image alt text, bolding, italicizing the term in text etc and in your link building activity with approximates 20 to 25 % with exact term as an anchor.
For your second question, you can submit a sitemap through Bing webmaster tools account.
Hope these help.
By the way, any particular reason whey you used the term, "buy cocks" as an anchor in majority of your backlinks??
Best regards,
Devanur Rafi.

How long does Google/Bing take to index
Hello we have 2-3 new pages being submitted every night to google/bing via our sitemap. Two issues I am noticing. Wondering if anyone else has same issues. a) 22 URL submitted via sitemap but only 1 indexed in two weeks. there are no errors showing b) If i submit manually using "Fetch As Google" and request indexing - the page gets indexed right way but after a day it seems to be unindexed - it will show up when i search (site:domain.com) but then disappear from the results doing the same search a few days later. Is this normal or do i have a problem that needs addressing? thank you

Does Bing Last Crawl Update?
Do those of you using Bing Webmaster tools find your sitemap last crawl date gets updated? I noticed mine never updates, just shows the date of the last time I submitted it. It seems like it would update daily as it looks like bing crawls my site daily. See attached image. bing-screen-shot.png

Why is my site crawled so much more in Bing then in Google?
I recently setup Cloudflare so I can see how much my site is being crawled. It looks like Bing is crawling me about 3 times as much as Google. Any ideas on why that would be or what I should check?

Bing indexing at a tiny fraction of Google
I've read through other posts about this but I can't find a solution that works for us. My site is porch.com, 1M+ pages indexed on Google, ~10k on Bing. I've submitted the same sitemaps, and there's nothing different for each bot in our robots file. It looks like Bing is more concerned with our 500 errors than Google, but not sure if that might be causing the issue. Can anyone point me to the right things to be researching/investigating? Fixing errors, sitemap crawling issues, etc. I'm not sure what to spend my time looking into...

Page titles in browser not matching WP page title
I have an issue with a few page titles not matching the title I have In WordPress. I have 2 pages, blog & creative gallery, that show the homepage title, which is causing duplicate title errors. This has been going on for 5 weeks, so its not an a crawl issue. Any ideas what could cause this? To clarify, I have the page title set in WP, and I checked "Disable PSP title format on this page/post:"...but this page is still showing the homepage title. Is there an additional title setting for a page in WP?

We noticed that when search for one of the hotels what is coming in the google is the main website. Example: We search for flora grand. We expect that in Google it will display the first link as www.florahospitality.com/dubai-flora-grand-hotel.aspx. But it show the main site which is www.florahospitality.com What do I miss here?
