One of my websites has dropped ranking dramatically.

Hi Everyone.
I have a website which is: http://goo.gl/0CZjG
This used to be on page 1 of google for the main keyword which is "Wedding Favours". but I cannot see the reason why it has really dropped it is on around page 40 now.
Can someone maybe point out where I can start to recover this ?
Any help or advise is really appreciated.

It's always tough when you drop in SERPs so dramatically because the exact diagnoses is tough to find. But these are my pointers to get you started:
1. Look at GWMT to identify any flagged issues? Can it access robots.txt okay?
2. What are the crawl rates like? any patterns?
3. Have you had any web server issues lately?
4. Use the Moz Tools to identify any structural website errors and correct them - I can see a few semantic issues already by looking at the code.
5. Look at your Backlinks and Anchor Text carefully... are any sites or link directories linking to you with 'Ugg Boots' etc.
On another point - your website architecture and page layouts contain a 'lot' of internal links and little text which looks like keyword spamming. I suggest you consider upgrading your website to a professional eCommerce framework... happy to suggest some good ones that I have used if you PM me.
Good luck!

Will syndicated content hurt a website's ranking potential?
I work with a number of independent insurance agencies across the United States. All of these agencies have setup their websites through one preferred insurance provider. The websites are customizable to a point, but the content for the entire website is mostly the same. Therefore, literally hundreds of agency sites have essentially the same content. The only thing that changes is a few "wildcards" in the copy where the agency fills in their city, state, services areas, company history, etc. My questions is: will this syndicated content hurt their ranking potential? I've been toying with the idea of further editing the content to make it more unique to an agency, but I would hate to waste a lot of hours doing this if it won't help anything. Would you expect this approach to be beneficial or a waste of time? Thank you for your help!

New website
Hello, How bad is going to be if I change my Joomla website to Wordpress? I can check the 100 best pages and redirect them to the new url with 301 but my website has 424 pages. If is this needs time, how long does it take to be in the same position? Is Google review my new website quickly? What about if I make my services more specific and the main topic is going to be smaller in pages? (Mpre social services pages vs. less pages about the main webdesign topic) I should change my website to WP but I am afraid because now I am in the 2. 🙂 Thanks! Regards,

Sudden ranking drop, no manual action
Sort of a strange situation I'm having and I wanted to see if I could get some thoughts. Here's what has happened... Monday morning, I realized that my website, which had been showing up at the bottom of page 2 for a specific result, had now been demoted to the bottom of page 6 (roughly a 40 spot demotion). No other keyword searches were affected. I immediately figured that this was some sort of keyword-specific penalty that I had incurred. I had done a bit of link building over the weekend (two or three directory type sites and a bio link from a site I contribute to). I also changed some anchor text on another site to match my homepage's title tag (which just so happened to be the exact phrase match I had dropped in) - I assumed this was what got me. I was slowly beginning to climb up the rankings and just got a bit impatient/overzealous. Changed the anchor text back to what it originally was and submitted a reconsideration request on Tuesday. This morning, I get the automated response in Webmaster Tools that no manual action had been taken. So my question is, would this drop have been an automated deal? If that's the case, then it's going to be mighty hard to pinpoint what I did wrong, since there's no way to know when I did whatever it was to cause the drop. Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions to regain my modest original placement?
