Have you tried open site explorer?
Although the results aren't directly from Google it's domain rank and page rank give an extremely good indications.
Also maybe worth considering the MozBar as this gives you these stats as you are browsing.
Open Site Explorer

Why my site so poorly ranks on Google
Hi 🙂 I hope you can help me for my site http://www.majordroid.com/ I really do not understand why my site so poorly ranks on Google. What can I do about that? Are there any errors or something? What can be done about that? Also when I go to the Moz Tools - Open Site Explorer to check how many backlinks I have... It says: 12 Total Links but according to the Google Webmaster tools I have in total 334 links and 138 links to the homepage. see attachment Why Open Site Explorer does not see all the links to my site, which is a possible reason? And last question, what I need to do to remove pages from Google search like this: /page/2. /page/3 and so on... Thank you 🙂 aK0x345.jpg

All ranked pages on Googles SERP only links to home
I got a problem regarding my website called musik.dk, and hope you guys are able to help. I just got my first ranking results from Moz. My question is: All my keywords are linking to the home page, and not the artist page? For examples if I were to search on Rihanna on Google, then when musik.dk appears on the SERP, it only links to the home, and not musik.dk/rihanna.. This problem applies to all the given artists ranked on Googles SERP, it never shows the artist page itself, only links to home. Let me know if you need any information, and I gladly supply, this is kind of frustrating to me.. As a note: all pages besides the home has a PA of 1, and it doesn't really seem to change. Help: keyword position on google.ro (country: Romania)
Hello there, I have a stupid question: Why i cannot grow up, or google not do anything, when all indicators are better than a competitor. If you will see this link: http://analytics.moz.com/search/analyze-keyword-report/542983.308651/huse samsung galaxy s4 , you will see that, they are 1st on that keyword for better than 2 month. And we have better PA / Links / DA. Thank you in advance, Shanaki

Is www.domain.com/page the same url as www.domain.com/page/ for Google? (extra slash at end of url)
Dear all, in open site explorer there is a difference the url's 'www.domain.com/page' and 'www.domain.com/page/' (extra slash at end). There can be different values in pageauthority etc. in the open site explorer tool, but is this also the case for Google? Thanks for replying, Regards, Ben

Links from External Sites not Showing on OpenSite or Google Webmaster Tools
Hi, I asked this in another post, but didn't get a solid answer. For several websites I manage, I have access to their Google Webmaster Tools. When I put the site through there, or the link:// or SEOMoz's OpenSite link reporter, I get not even a fraction of the links that I know are pointing to the websites in question. Some of these links are from home pages or side columns, and some are from articles keep within a website, like at Inc.com. I wondered if the links in question were not themselves being indexed, but if I do a very specific search, I can pull them up in the search results. Is it just common knowledge that these link tools are not accurate? And to assume that somehow, search engines really do see all of the inbound links, even if our reporting tools don't. Thanks in advance!
