Dashes "-" in keyword?
-
Just running over the page/keyword analyzer and Moz picked up the fact that my link and title are not the same as the keyword I am targeting.
I am targeting the keyword "Battlefield 4 CD Key"
However my title (and therefore link) are Battlefield 4 CD-Key. Note the dash.
Does the dashes matter in SEO or should I try to remove them and have continuity through all of the page.
-
Agreed - the hyphen will make little difference.
-
It really makes very little difference to be honest, if anything you have more chance of ranking for both with the hyphen in place. How is your site performing for those keyphrases?

Hi, in page recommondation I get a "Acoid Multiple Page Tile Elements" Fix. Keyword Stuffing - Image Alt
One of our category pages is keyword stuffed. But we are not able to change the image alt text. It is automatically generated as the title of each product. We would be able to get the keywords down if that was not the case, but now there is 30 alt image keywords along with 25 other elements of the keyword. I can only change 2 image alt texts. What can I do here?

Bad to have "As Seen on" links sitewide
I've seen a lot of people saying that sidewide external links are a no-go. Does this also apply to links of a vanity variety? What I mean by this is "as seen on" links or links to awards given to the business? This intellectually seems okay to me, but I want to make sure I'm not shooting myself in the foot. Any evidence, case studies, anecdotal stories would be appreciated!

Should I consolidate pages to prevent "thin content"
I have a site based on downloadable images which tend to slow a site. In order to increase speed I divided certain pages up so that there will be less images on each page such as here: http://www.kindergartenteacherresources.com/2011/09/23/spongebob-alphabet-worksheets-uppercase-letters-a-h/ http://www.kindergartenteacherresources.com/2011/09/23/spongebob-alphabet-worksheets-uppercase-letters-i-q/ http://www.kindergartenteacherresources.com/2011/09/23/spongebob-alphabet-worksheets-uppercase-letters-r-z/ The problem is that I now have potential duplicate content and thin content. Should I consolidate them and put all of the content from the 3 pages on one page? or maybe keep them as they are but add a rel previous / next tag? or any other suggestion to prevent a duplicate/thin content penalty while not slowing down the site too much?

Advice with keywords - category - Forum
Hiya guys Everyone has been really good to me on here, just wanted a bit of advice with the keywords on my forum. my website is a nightlife forum for the UK, each city has its own section. Each section has a eg: _What's on in Birmingham? Club Nights, Upcoming Events, Promotions _ as the Title category, Should I drop the Club Nights, Upcoming Events, Promotions and put that in the description of the forum. So it'll just be What's on in Birmingham? with a description Find Club night information, Upcoming events and pr............. eg Just wondering if it was to stop searches been made, like, Club nights in Birmingham etc. from being targeted. Your thoughts please guys Thanks for reading Lukescotty

Does link text "more information" have more weight than a normal link?
Does the anchor text "more information" hold any additional weight than any other anchor text? My suspicion is no, but just wanted to confirm.

Singular X Plural on keywords
Hi there... I´s always confused about which one should I focus, keywords in singular or plural. Some says: "look at Google Insight and look which one has more traffic", other says "go for the plural, because you´ll get both keywords at the same time (ex: dogs and _cat_s). Which one is the right way ?
