No data on dashoard

My dashboard has not been loading for a week now. I had the same problem about 6 weeks ago and was told to wait a few days. I submitted a ticket but no response yet. It's been a week and I need to see the data!

Hi There,
I sent a response not too long ago so there is a chance that your ISP may be blocking Moz. In order to troubleshoot I would try following the steps provided:
It doesn't seem that we are experiencing an overarching issue with the site, which leads me to suspect the issue involves one of several aspects of your system or internet connection:
1. Your web browser;
2. Your web filter, antivirus software, or other third-party software on your system, if you have any;
3. Your internet router;
4. Your internet modem; or
5. Your ISP.Oddly enough, over the time I've worked here I've seen problems for customers with each of these individual aspects of their network.
First things first, try accessing the site in another browser, computer, and internet connection to isolate the level of the problem. I would try clearing your cache and cookies, as well as enabling third-party cookies. Next, I would add exceptions for www.moz.com and www.opensiteexplorer.org to your protection software if you have any installed. Also, try restarting your router and modem by unplugging them and plugging them back in after 30 seconds. Finally, if it's still not working, make sure your ISP isn't blocking the site or messing with packets from the site. I have seen ISPs do this on occasion, I'm afraid.

Data Analysis Tool - No data found for this domain
For some reason, about a week ago, my clients website nolonger appears on the moz analysis tool ( www.movietrailersarea.org ) which it previously was. now i get the error "Bummer! No data found for this domain" and now nearly all traffic has also depleted.

Keyword Explorer shows wrong data
Hi all, Trying to figure out what is going on with the keyword explorer. All searches are made in the EN-US region. Example keyword: app localization

Moz shows me that volume is 0-10, which is Wrong. Actual volumes are in thousands per month. Another keyword - translation service

Keyword Explorer - Unable to complete searches for data?
Hey guys, I'm in the process of completing some keyword research using Keyword Explorer but every time I complete a search I'm told that explorer is unable to perform the search at this time and that I should refresh the page, or search with a new query. Is anyone else having this issue/had this problem in the past?

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Crawling Problem : No-data Of My Site
Hey, Folks!! So It's Been More than a Month.And Moz is not crawling my website http://www.trickypedia.com/.I have seen Moz Last update I thought they will crawl my site but No results Disappointing. My Sites Domain Authority and Page Authority is still 1. But In other Seo Tools, they are Perfectly Crawling My Website. What Would Be the reason? Can anyone Please Explain.

Why is Volume Data Vastly Different in Keyword Explorer Lists than Manual Search?
I have created a number of lists in the new Keyword Explorer tool, and finally had a chance to put them into my company documents. I noticed a drop in some keywords which I assumed (rightly so) was incorrect. For example, in my "list" I have the keyword mixed media. When I export the CSV it shows a volume range of 0-10. If I type just that keyword into the explorer I get a range of 4.3k-6.5k for mixed media, which is where I would expect it to be. (https://moz.com/explorer/overview?locale=en-US&q=mixed+media) This issue happened to about a dozen keywords at least in my list, and most of them are that major of a difference. Any idea what is going on here?

Moz Bar not providing any data. Tried logging out/back in and un/re-installing, but no dice.
Used Mozbar for a long time, and normally works fine. Suddenly finding that it is not providing any data. All of the fields are there, but it does not provide me with PA/DA, etc, and all social metrics are at 0. This is across all sites, not just on in particular. Have tried logging out and in, deactivating and activating, and reinstalling. Nothing has worked.

Does Moz's keyword tool pull data from your IP address?
Does anyone know how Moz's keyword tool pulls their keyword ranks? Do they take it based off of the IP (history and cookies) that is being used? I am trying to find a way to collect keyword data that is neutral and not based off of my previous searches, etc. TIA
