Has MOZ stopped including Text to Code Ratio?
-
My Moz extension no longer displays text to code ratio. Anyone else encounter this or know why it's gone? I see it in videos and descriptions and I used to see it in my extension, but it is no longer there.

Just to clarify, we're parring down in some parts (like this one) and expanding in other parts. It's a give-and-take. FWIW, you can always head to our feature request forum and give your thoughts and the whys around your usage to help our team better understand your needs. We try to think of every case (and if there's another tool out there that can do the same thing), but we don't always hit every one.

Erica, thank you for your answer. It certainly answers my question, even though I disagree with the reasoning. I actually used that as an indicator and was able to do almost everything I needed with the Moz extension, now I need to go find something else. Disappointed that you guys are parring it down rather than letting us use a full selection of info and letting us decide what we use and dont use. But again, thank you for clarifying and answering so quick.

We've been parring down our MozBar features to meet what most people use/want and also to make our tool unique. Since it's an SEO tool, the text to code ratio was removed as it isn't a clear SEO indicator. It doesn't tell you if your content is actually good for your SEO, just that it's there.

How do you use Moz to research related topics?
Like most of the folks here I'm a pretty big fan of the content that comes out through Whiteboard Fridays, and I try to apply the things I learn, but one of the WBF videos that I'm following along with does not do a stellar job of detailing execution using Moz KW Explorer. https://moz.com/blog/related-topics-in-seo-whiteboard-friday Now granted, this came out in 2016, but I still feel the core principle and strategy results in a higher quality piece of content and is still relevant to discovering and understanding searcher task completion requirements, and drafting content that fulfills those requirements. Towards the end Rand sort of mentions that you'll be able to do this with KW explorer, but I'm not really seeing the functionality. The steps I followed were to enter in the keyword in kw explorer, went to keyword suggestions, and selected "based on closely related topics" and ran it, but received no suggestions - came up blank. I then selected "based on broadly related topics" and the same thing happened. I tried this out with the keyword r22, keeping it very broad to start but that didn't seem to work. So what do you all do to perform this sort of research within Moz? Or do you even feel it's relevant in today's Rank Brain driven world?

How can the Moz Page Grader support a 'keyword portfolio' approach?
I used to use the Page Grader tools to support the old philosophy of one page - one keyword. With more focus now being given to a portfolio of keywords around a topic area - what would be a good approach to using the page grader tool? Obviously getting A's and B's is impossible for multiple keywords. The only way i've seen suggested in moz tools to help with keyword portfolios is to use labels in the ranking measurement and then find averages of the results. Are there other strategies that I can try?

Moz Local | Download Template
Dear Moz I've received your email about Moz Local. A fantastic tool but it does not allow you to download a template. Clicking 'Download this template' simply reloads the page. I am testing it under incognito mode of Chrome with no add-ons Thank you!

Moz showing warnings for each dynamic link despite canonicalization?
As you can see in the attached image, Moz is showing a warning for each dynamic URL despite a rel=canonical tag. Is this by design? If so, it is frustrating seeing as it is really just the one page with many links . . . 9h5oDmr.png

Can I delete a SEO campaign in Moz, and start a new one for a different website?
Would be nice to know, as I'm limited to 5 campaigns, and the most important work is done for 2 site's, so I would like to switch that to 2 other website's. Regards,
