Pure Manual Spam v/s New website
-
My website nowwhatstudio.com hit by google pure spam and google applied manual spam action to the website.
-
Why google applied manual spam action to my website? How Can I recover my website.
-
I create new website (nowwhatmoments.com) with the same content from the old spam action website (nowwhatstudio.com). As google removed my old website content from search indexed. Can I use the same content for a new website? I already spend allot of money on content.
If I delete my old website from the server, after that Can I use the old website content for a new website?
Or Can make edits the old website content and make it 80% original for a new website?
- I can use my old website (nowwhatstudio) email id and social accounts for a new website?

Good answer Ryan.
Moreover, Howard, remember that Google - via John Mueller - advised that if site A is penalized, simply deleting it and cloning in a new domain B but not having solved the issues that cause site A being penalized, that won't "save" domain B from being penalized too after short time.

Just from glancing at your site, the displayed content doesn't seem to be the source of the spam. If I were you though I'd hire a trusted professional to help you purge bad links, hacker access, and rigorously check to make sure your site is clean before attempting to fix it by transferring to a new domain. You want to make certain that the new site isn't carrying any of the old baggage from the one that got in trouble and typically you can get the old one fixed in about the same time if you're disciplined about it.

My main concern is, If I delete my old website from the server, after that Can I use the old website content for a new website?
-
I see. If you had a site that was hacked and were unable to get rid of the hacker inserted content then Google would see that content as pure spam. Please do read through the Google guidelines as they're pretty clear on what they want. Cheers!

Old site has many links from footer like website design and development. and some of the websites get hacked. May be this is the reason for manual penalty.

If the content from your old site is part of the problem, then you shouldn't use it. There's a nice post on how rigorous Google is trying to become when presenting sites here: http://moz.com/blog/panda-pummels-press-release-websites-the-road-to-recovery. It's long, but gives you several insights into what Google is considering when looking for quality content.
For your site individually, what was the level of engagement? Were people spending a lot of time on site? Good conversations if you had a comment section? Lots of pages viewed per session? Several naturally received links form people sharing your content? Referrals from email because people had emailed each other links to your site?
There are no tricks. A site people love can do a lot of technical things wrong and still do very well in Google.

Hi Ryan,
Can I use the old website content to the new website.? And will not repeat the mistake of old websites?
-
Hi Howard. Manual actions are typically applied due to the following: automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites, and/or other repeated or egregious violations of Google’s quality guidelines. See: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2604777. If that's the case with your site, and you keep using the same tactics as you've used in the past, none of the solutions above will provide a long term fix. For more on Manual Actions, see: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2604824.

Does product environment have impact on main website's SEO
We have two environments - product, where login is necessary and where the customers are working. We also have there our help desk, Q&A and knowledge base. Pretty sophisticated page regarding information on a specific topic. We also have our main page where we promote our products, company and events, etc. Main page is www.example.com, where product environment is login.example.com . Does this product environment have an impact on my main page's SEO?

Redirecting main www. subdomain to new domain. Can you then create a new subdomain on the old domain?
Hi there, The scenario is this: We have been working on a rebrand and have changed the company name So, we want to redirect www.old-name.com to www.new-name.com However, the parent company is retaining the old brand name for corporate purposes So, in an ideal world, we'd be able to keep www.old-name.com active - but clearly that would sacrifice all of the authority built up over the years, so we do have to redirect the main www. subdomain in it's entirity. However - one suggested solution is to redirect www.old-domain.com to www.new-domain.com... but then create a new corporate subdomain: for example, business.old-domain.com business.old-domain.com will not be competing with the new site on any service/product related terms; it will only need to appear in SERPs for the company name I'd appreciate some thoughts on this, as I've not done this before or found any examples of anyone that has. Is that a massive risk in terms of sending a confusing message to Google? Thanks for your help

Website/SEO Audit Needed
We've been outsourcing our link building to India for the past 3 years and the results were pretty good up until beginning of this year. What they were essentially doing is putting links into directories, a few per month, and posting a few articles per month. Out of our top 10 keywords, 8 got into top 10. Then something happened around Jan 1 last year, our ranking started dropping, falling out of the top 50, before settling around 20-30ish. We disavowed most of the low quality links since then. Also, very odd, all the top ranking competitors all fell (including me) and were replaced by less "specialized" companies who sold a broad range of products (for example: all parts of the car, rather than someone who just focused on mufflers). Theres also other differences but again I can't put a finger on it. I'd like to find someone who can do a detailed audit of our site, and our competitors, what happened to cause the drop, and why the new top positions sites are ranked high. And I really don't have time to do an audit myself. Our site is American Hospitality Furniture dot com. Any feed back would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What to do when all products are one of a kind WYSIWYG and url's are continuously changing. Lots of 404's
Hey Guys, I'm working on a website with WYSIWYG one of a kind products and the url's are continuously changing. There are allot of duplicate page titles (56 currently) but that number is always changing too. Let me give you guys a little background on the website. The site sells different types of live coral. So there may be anywhere from 20 - 150 corals of the same species. Each coral is a unique size, color etc. When the coral gets sold the site owner trashes the product creating a new 404. Sometimes the url gets indexed, other times they don't since the corals get sold within hours/days. I was thinking of optimizing each product with a keyword and re-using the url by having the client update the picture and price but that still leaves allot more products than keywords. Here is an example of the corals with the same title http://austinaquafarms.com/product-category/acans/ Thanks for the help guys. I'm not really sure what to do.

New website strategy concerning Google Spider
Hello, I have a question concerning a new website. What should I do, SEO wise? Should I place all my content on my pages at once? And thus let the spider crawl everything at once? Or should I place my content in different phases? So the spider could crawl my pages multiple times in some days/weeks time? Or do both ways come to the same result? Thank you,

301 or 302 - www.yoursite.com/uk/content
If your website CMS forces you to redirect from the homepage should it be a 301 or 302 Example includes www.direct.gov.uk which 302's it My view is that it should be a 302 in this instance and almost all others should be a 301 - the reason for this is that you want the www.direct.gov.uk to be the "primary" and one that is displayed in Google, whereas for anything else you want the URL of the location. Yes I know that ideally you don't have any redirection at all...
