Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible?
-
Hi,
I am trying to grade some pages and keywords using the "On-page grader" tool but for each URL that I try, the tool returns me a "Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible". The thing is that I have already used previously and without any problem some of these URLs. In fact, I have just realized that, while the same URL (for example: www.lacasadelaaldea.com) works in the "On-page optimization tool", it doesn't in the "On-page grader" right now.
I have looked if someone could have experienced the same issue and I have found some other threads talking about it... so I have checked with my hosting provider that there is no firewall or any other thing causing this problem but they can't find anything. How do you make the call to the server? What could be happening?
Thanks in advance,
Juan

Wow, I feel a little bit embarrassed to share with you what really happened...
I was going to take a screenshot and then I realized that I was writting down the URL where should go the keywords and viceversa so it was all my bad
I have just come back from my summer vacation yesterday so I guess I am a little rusty and my mind is still adjusting
Sorry for the inconvinience! And thanks a lot to both of you anyway

Hi Juan
We are not seeing any issues with the on-page grader. Can you share a screenshot of the error message?

Thanks for your quick reply Patrick. I hadn't thought about that so I'm going to check it!

Hi there
I would review your robots.txt and make sure that you're not blocking crawlers from finding important information that may be contained in some of your extensions or directories that you have blocked. You seem to have quite a few, and based that I don't know how your resources are set up/I am skimming, that would be an area to look. This could also apply to the notifications about blocking JSS and CSS that Google has sent out recently.
Hope this helps! Good luck!

Need to solve "Oops our crawlers were unable to access" url for new campaign
I'm putting the url designfirstkitchenandbath.com and getting the "oops! our crawlers were unable to access the site. Since this site is a potential client, which shows up online, I can't get access to fix the code, plus while I can write a little html I don't feel comfortable working with hard, live code on someonelse's site. Anyone have a simple solution?

Site URL is https but keep getting and error that homepage (http://www.flogas.co.uk/) can not be accessed. I set up a second campaign to alter the target url to the newer https://www.flogas.co.uk/ version but still getting the same error! What can I do? I want to use Moz for everything rather than continuing to use a separate auditing tool!

Cannot crawl website with redirect intalled on subdomain url
Hi! I want to crawl this website : http://www.car-moderne.ch. I tried a got back the crawl just for that one url (not for all the pages of the website). This single line cvs says that the status of the http://www.car-moderne.ch is 200, but in fact it is a redirect 301 to http://www.car-moderne.ch/fr where the live home page is (actually the Moz bar sees the 301, not the 200 as the single-lined crawl does). How can I proceed in this case (a 301 redirect being installed on the subdomain url) to still be able to have a full-fledged juicy cvs with all the broken links, duplicate content, etc. Thank you for your help! How do you block keywords in On-Page Grader for certain URLs?
For the on-page grader, I rank A's for 9 keywords. I struggle with F's I have because it is searching keywords on pages that are not supposed to be searched. For example, I have a "bracelets" page, so I didn't optimize it for "rings", so I got an F. However, it graded me an A for the bracelets keyword, which is great. To be sure I am correct, each page should have it's own keyword, such as bracelet. So why is the grader checking my "Bracelets" page for "Rings"? Maybe there is something I am missing. Just trying to see why this happening.

"Sorry! We weren't able to find that page when we crawled your site." Please help!
Can someone please explain whey I am getting this error for this link "http://lensoutloud.com/san-antonio-real-estate-photography/" when I attempt to perform an on page SEO grading? The link is indexed and ranking very well but for some reason Moz says it can't find the page when it crawled my site. This has also happened when I attempt to grade other pages on my site. Thanks in advance!
