Campaign Update Notification Anomaly and some misc questions re Moz Analytics
-
Hi
I received an email late last night (GMT) saying one of my campaigns had updated yet looking at the campaign online says last updated on the 13th ? Normally my campaigns have fully updated for the week by Wednesday latest.
Other Notifications & Misc Queries:
A Key Words on-page score has increased from 36 to 96 (these used to be letters, has grading changed ?) yet no on-page work has been carried out on this particular page for many months so how can it change so radically, is it just that Moz crawler has only just taken note of it ?
When is the on-page opportunities section going to be complete/fixed (as in include a KW) i asked about this soon after it was launched but still lacks the all important kw to give it meaning/a useful tool. Am i right in thinking that until it includes the kw its totally meaningless ?
When clicking Question Category (below) i cant change slection after clicking a radio button it cant be un-clicked, is this prob my side or yours ?
All Best

Hi Jordan,
The campaign seems to have updated now in part only, on the dashboard but in search section still previous weeks date with some modules empty, ill email help@moz
Re On-Page Opportunities within 'Insights' - according to my understanding this module is completely meaningless without a keyword to give it context so, if i am correct just wandering when its going to be fixed (as in the keyword the rank relates to is actually displayed so we can see which is the opportunity keyword ?
Although I think Jeremy @MOz may be looking into this now as per my comment and his replies in this thread: https://moz.com/community/q/new-on-page-reports-launching-today-in-moz-analytics

Hi Dan!
With respect to the campaign updates, I'm certainly happy to help get that sorted out, but I'm afraid that I'll need a bit more info in order to investigate. Would you be able to send an email to help@moz.com with some background on which campaign you were seeing this for?As far as the On-Page Optimization changes go, I'd say that it has to do with the new grading scale, rather than the crawler missing elements previously. Along with swapping over to a numerical score, the list of factors has changed, as well as the weighting of each factor. So, I believe that the different scores that you're seeing are simply comparing the new rubric to the old rubric.
I'm not totally sure what you're referring to on the topic of on-page opportunities, but any clarification you can provide would be very helpful!
My question submission form looks to be functioning normally, so I'm inclined to think that it could be a browser issue on your side.

Whilst this question has been commented on/helpfully answered in part, i would still appreciate an official answer from Moz when you get a chance
Many Thanks

Hi Dan,
Moz just announced today some changes to the on-page optimisation reports, here, this should answer your questions about the change in grading!
Thanks,
Zoe

Unsolved Problems connecting to different Google Analytics property
I am having problems connecting to different Google Analytics property than the one I originally connected my campaign to. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the correct property however 'traffic data' shown is not updating and is still showing data from the original property that i connected to? Can anyone help explain how i can get the data showing in 'traffic' section to update to the current Analytics property that is connected to the campaign? Many thanks.

Moz rank tracking with new subpage address
Hello, I have built a new website and the subpages web address are new. I haven't made a redirect yet but I am about to do it. How do I continue keeping track of my ranking evolution in moz. Do I need to indicate the new web address ? or once the redirect will be done will moz continue the tracking of my keywords showing the old web address but tracking the new address ? Thank you,

My data is stuck and hasn't updated from a few weeks back
My campaign settings are for 500 pages to be crawled which I understand means it will be done once per week. However my data is stuck from a few weeks back and still hasn't been updated. Can you help?

Analytics account will not stayed connected, listed fixes do not work.
I've had my MOZ account for a while and have just dealt with this issue for a while now but it is really getting annyoing. My Google Analytics account will not stay connected. Eveery time I refresh a page or click to a different page, I get a notification that reads "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now." I click the link to reauthorize and it says it was successful, But then as soon as I refresh the page or click to a new page withing Moz Pro, the message appears again. I've tried the fixes listed in all the other questions about this issue Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using. Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now, as well as your current Moz token. Once you are done with that, simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect (I recommend you use a fresh incognito window). And they do not work. Please help me solve this very annyoing issue!
