Google's quite clever with picking up clues on your page.
Having "Author - Name" "Published - Date" within the content of your page is usually enough for Google to pick up on. -
@marceloxh I hope I understood your question correct. John Mueller describes a process called reconciliation:
"...there is our systems try to recognize who that is, what that entity is, and we do that based on a number of different factors. And that does include things like links to profile pages for example, or visible information that we can find on these pages themselves."
These factors can include, but not limited to, rel="author", social media and images.

Slug redirect to existing subdomain?
Hi everyone, I'm Levi, new here and new in the world of SEO so please don't judge if my question is silly. Back on the days when my website was built we tought of having subdomains to help with SEO. We have a couple subdomains set up https://stansted.tonorwich.uk, https://heathrow.tonorwich.uk, https://gatwick.tonorwich.uk, https://luton.tonorwich.uk etc .
Link Building | | Leviiii
We do have some content on these, but from seo perspective creating a slug and redirecting it to the subdomains would be beneficial? Would it make any difference at all, good or bad? Ex. Creating
https://tonorwich.uk/taxi-minibus-tofrom-stansted and redirecting it to https://stansted.tonorwich.uk
Will this help or we better create different content on the slugs? Waiting for your opinions.
Thanks in advance.0 -
Does google penalize you if you post content in french and english on a website
I'm trying to encourage content editors to only post content in either English or French. For example we have a French press release but the team are wanting it on our site in French and English. I thought this would fall under duplicate content rules. Does google penalize you if you post content in French and English on a website?

New website content before or after new webdesign launch?
Hi, We are planning a full website redesign and rewriting the content of the key pages. The new contents will be ready sooner than the new website, what is the better solution? 1. Replace the content of the old site with the new (better) contents

Changing the author of a post
Hi, I've a number of wordpress posts that were written by different authors, and I want to merge them into a single author. If Google sees that originally the post was rel authored to person A and later we change the author reference to person B, will Google see this as suspicious in any way? Or does it not matter, as long as it's only attributed to a single author at any one time? Thanks, Leigh

Hello, I see a lot of errors on my webmaster tools because of this ajax code on my questions pages of the site (screen) : www.dismoicomment.fr The code : | / ADD ANSWER FORM |

| | type: 'POST', |
| | url: '/answers/quelle-assurance-choisir-pour-un-scooter/', |
| | data: $("form#answer-add").serialize(), |
| | dataType: 'html', |
| | success: function(data) { |

| | $('.answer-add-message').show().empty(); |
| | $(document).ready(function() { |
| | $(' Vous avez déjà répondu à cette question. ').appendTo('.answer-add-message'); |
| | }); | I have add a line on my robots.txt : http://www.dismoicomment.fr/robots.txt for remove all urls with /answers/. These urls with /answers/ aren't indexed in google. Do you think that it is dangerous and that can be considered as duplicate content ? 1129546035.png0
