First Campaign: No email when each step is completed?
-
I joined SEOMoz 6 days ago and set up my first campaign straight away.
On my Campaign Overview, it says: "Here's what you can expect over the coming days (we'll send you an email when each step is completed".
But I've not received an email saying that any of the steps are completed, so I haven't really used any of the tools yet as I wanted to wait until I had something to work with
Since it's almost been 7 days (will be 7 tomorrow), do I assume that most if not all of the stages have now been completed and I can get started?
Thanks,
Iain.

Yes 250 pages. If you don't get something by Thursday morning email support. Either way it does a full crawl on your weekly "start date". To be safe check your profile to make sure everything is correct. If you got a welcome email then it is working. But, like I said, call or email Thursday if you don't hear/see anything.
BTW. Welcome to the family.

Thank you, that is very reassuring, phew!
When you say 250 or so, is that pages? My site only has about 35 pages. I'm happy to wait as long as it takes, just didn't want to miss something.
Iain.

Generally Roger (SEOmoz's crawl bot) will do an initial crawl of a few hundred (I think it's 250 or so) and give you that report and then do a full crawl a week from your campaign setup date. Weekly rankings come out on Tuesday but only after a full crawl has been completed of your site. You probably won't get them til next week (rankings) but you should see your crawl report by end of tomorrow.

Can I batch export top 5 or 10 SERPS for each keyword in my campaign
I'm a newby. I have about 70 keywords and I want to create a list of all of the websites ranking in the top say 10 positions. This is to create a list of competitors in my client's space. How do I do this? I poked around but can only see single-keyword search capability to get the full serp listing (top 50). thanks.

Why No Answer From Email Forms
I have submitted this a few times through forms on the site, and I am hoping that this way, a Moz employee might actually see it. With no "tickets" actually being opened, who knows if these messages are even going anywhere. I'm over it: It's been 8 days since I first emailed about this, with no response. Long story short - I cancelled my trail BEFORE it expired, yet when the date passed my Credit Card was charged anyway. It is now overdrawn, with all sorts of FEES attached to it, which I CAN NOT AFFORD. Please check this and refund it ASAP. Kaori Anyone?

Confused on setting up my domain in a campaign
I have a website that is www.example.com. When I first setup my campaign in SEOMoz, I missed the instructions that stated I need to set up my domain as it appeared in the browser. Thus, I set it up as example.com. When I realized my mistake, I setup a second campaign as www.example.com and am running them side by side to see the differences. My question has to do with the best setup. I have a blog that is a subdomain as blog.example.com. It appears that the www.example.com campaign is not crawling the blog pages but example.com is. Are there any downsides in setting up this campaign as example.com? I have a number of other sites with the same issue so would like to get this resolved before I setup the additional sites. Thanks for any assistance or insights into ways I may be "shooting myself in the foot" with the wrong domain structure in my campaign settings.

SEOmoz Campaign Setup: What would you do?
I've been using moz for nearly a year now. Initially when I set up our site (rac.com.au) it was as a single campaign for the rac.com.au domain. However, our business has a number of different product offerings and marketing teams (Insurance, finance, travel/tourism, automotive, security etc) - would I be better off setting each of these 'sub' brands as a campaign on their own using the 'folder' campaign setup? For example, have a campaign setup for the Insurance business (rac.com.au/insurance) folder, Finance business (rac.com.au/finance) and so forth? The advantage I see to the folder campaign setup is more specific reporting for each of the business units. Are there disadvantages to this? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Ryan

Can I set Up Multiple Campaigns For Same Website?
I would like to set up one campaign for my main site example.com and another campaign for example.com/blog. Is it possible? I don't want crawling to overlap for these two separate campaigns.

Is there a way in in the pro campaign to initiate an instant crawl?
I have a campaign that's on a very small website at this point. It's only 9 pages, so a crawl would only take a few minutes. Is there a way to start a quick crawl at my request instead of having to wait a week to see if I fixed the issues it found during the last crawl? I've been hunting around, but I don't see a way.

How come when I export a error list I can only export the first page?
I am working on fixing the 4xx errors. I have found the easiest way to do this would be to export the list, print it out, and check off the ones i've fixed. The site only lets me export the first page. We'll appreciate any help. Thanks, Ryan D. Gran --Not sure what category this question belongs in so selected SEOmoz Tools--
