Hi Mnkpso,
So glad you found my answer helpful. Yes, deletion of duplicate listings is very important because the existence of them detracts from you sending a single, strong, correct signal to search engines like Google. If you have just one physical address and phone number, you want only one listing in each of the major indexes and directories. Cleaning up duplicates will definitely be an important part in your efforts to achieve high rankings. It can be hard work, but stick with it!

I have found and implemented ways to remove these. This will help to improve rankings after deletion of all duplicate listings ?

Good Morning Mnkpso,
According to GetListed. org:
"Listing score is a 100 point scale that approximates how effectively you are taking advantage of free online business listings".
My understanding is that this takes into account whether you've claimed and fully filled out your listings at all of the sites in the GetListed index of important sites. So, while having a high listing score at GetListed does not actually determine your rankings (GetListed doesn't feed data to the search engines - it merely represents how you are listed), looking at the listing score is a good way to gauge whether you've made minimum, moderate or maximum effort towards getting your business listed. If you have a low score, you have many more opportunities to take advantage of for the benefit of your business.
Citations play a major role in rankings, so the more diverse and complete yours are, the better your chances of ranking well.

Huge difference in browser and search console rankings: Any latest updates?
Hi, We know that it's common to see some ranking difference in browser and GSC for a keyword. But I can see there is a huge difference from last 3 months. We position at 15 to 20th position when we search in browser (different IPs without signing in to any Google account; where as the rank in GSC varies between 35 around. I wonder if anything changed in the way Google reports and does anybody face the same issue? Is there anything we can do about this? Thanks

Ranking impact: Traffic in website pages vs sub directory vs sub domain
Hi all, I need clarification on this. Not every time website main pages rank, some times even pages from sub directories or sub domains like blogs or guides; especially for branded keywords. I just wonder what happens when so much traffic is generating in sub directories and sub domains just because of limited landing pages in main website. Will this traffic be counted as traffic in main website as per Google? Traffic increase in main website really an ranking factor? Will the "brand + topic" related keywords' traffic is more for a website; will it ranking improves even for "topic keywords"? Thanks

I can't understand why I am not rank one on SERPS
Hi Guys, I really cannot understand why I am no longer rank 1 on SERPs? My link data shows great weight in comparison to competitors, my on page SEO is good, nice and diverse on the alt text. I know there are a lot of factors that effect SERPs but I believe I have done well but am still not ranking? Have I missed something?

How can Chrome rankings vary wildly from Mozilla and IE8?
Our website (www.theideapeople.com) has generally ranked on page 4 on Google search for the phrase "charlotte web design" for the past year...regardless of which browser I used. Oh, and my browser location is always set to Charlotte, NC. I also have the Moz toolbar installed and logged-in. Today, I Googled the same keyword using Chrome and we were on page 1 in 4th position! The other browsers still showed us on page 4, as usual. Has anybody else noticed this wild variance with Chrome? Is Chrome learning that I work at The Idea People?!!

Index Page lost rankings? Please Help!
This morning I ranked highly (Page 1 UK Google) for over 50 keyword search terms for my website http://www.careworx.co.uk This afternoon my rankings have bottomed out and dropped pages? I have not been de-indexed it appears and many of my sub-pages are still highly ranked. Would anybody know what has happened? I know of Google Panda but I would've seen results drop before now so I'm very concerned. Don't seem to have lost any links etc and am careful to balance SEO with a mix of techniques to keep Google happy and again, have not been de-indexed. Can anybody offer advice please, or let me know how I can rectify this.
